PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

So glad I have prime now. I'm not messing with best Buy anymore. Says my fe se is expected by 3/14 now. I'm not holding my breath that I'll even get it anymore.
I wish I had preordered one from Amazon despite them not offering 20% off at the time.

Some tits are just too big. Fun to look at, and laugh at, but it reaches a point where their enjoyment in practice starts declining.
Well, as the old saying goes, more than a mouthful is a waste. Or at least that's what I've told some small tittied ladies in the past.

In training until 1 PM. Going to learn how not to zap stuff with static electricity. Already zapped my wife this morning kissing her on the way out. Not a good sign....

Oh yeah guys, that Dark Truth Stout is true to it's name. Damn delicious. Did have a little more booziness than I like as it warmed though.

The Fire Emblem Fates SE delay emails from Best Buy may have been sent in error, according to this post from the main forum:

Look like by Best Buy response the delay emails were a error. This was just posted on the forum and other reps say the same on Twitter:

Hello friends,

We are aware that there may be delays with some orders, and we are very sorry for any disappointment this has caused. At this time we have no reason to believe that any of you won't get a copy of the game.

This is being reviewed here at our corporate office as I type this, and you should see updates via email going out soon. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. Thank you too for the passion you bring to gaming with Best Buy.

Sincerely,
Plus there's this:

Is Broforce still winning?
I have not really played PS4 that much this month except PayDay for a few hours a couple times. I need to remember to vote tonight when I play.

Agreed. It was really short, but I don't necessarily think it needed to be longer. Can only run across the map so many times. I think all of the talk about the ending being terrible is exaggerated. I was satisfied with it.
Looking forward to playing this tonight.

I have failed the morning and the PSNOT.

I was walking from the parking ramp to work and a different lot had their parking sign out on the sidewalk. Someone wrote on it "free rim jobs". By the time I realized I should have taken a picture of it and posted it here saying, "After yesterday's conversation I decided to find a new place to park this morning." I was too far past it and it would have been weird to turnaround.

Don't worry, Zimm, you can put another sign up somewhere else.

Just took another look at the Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth1 trophy list. Apparently I was mixing it up with Noire because there's no trophies in this one for maxing out Lily Ranks, which is a mechanic I don't really understand. Suddenly the game is much more appealing.

I wish more strategy RPGs handled EXP distribution like Lost Dimension does: Every participant gets the same EXP when a battle is over while those on standby receive 80%.

Yeah that's pretty standard in RPGs. Not sure why sRPGs like to handle it differently. Granted some of them also give you experience for other actions, liking healing and such, but depending on the character class and range and lethality some games can make leveling a huge pain in the ass. Nothing quite as lame as attacking your own guys over and over again just so the healer can get experience.

I like that Ni No Kuni awards experience to a party member even if they die. Don't recall playing another rpg that did that.

This was real helpful before you get that homeless pedo looking dude. I dream of genie girl would keel over 3 seconds into every boss fight for me, no matter what tactics setting I had her on. At least now with homeless guy, If I switch over to backup healing with Oliver, I dream of genie won't immediately die since there's someone else to get punched for a while.

so I still haven't figured out where you set the tactics. I just use the all-out shortcuts but the AI is still at whatever default. That said, I dream of genie's penguin duck thing has been a healing tank for me (at least I thought she started with it). sooner or later I'll stop playing street fighter and come back to this game, I really do like it.

Yeah she's fragile as hell early on.

But I've never understood that about rpgs, why a character that died didn't get experience. Hell they participated in the battle and learned a lesson by getting smashed. Sounds like "experience" to me.

I found this out last night and was pleasantly surprised. NnK keeps delivering a really enjoyable experience. Even the combat is fun now that I'm getting further in--I didn't think at first that I'd care much for it but it got tons better as soon as the girl joined.

The same place where you rotate though spells, provisions, etc. You have to be using a party member and not a familiar to do it of course.

You can set it in battle at least--it's one of the options if you're on one of the human characters, just like attack and defend. No idea if that's for the current fight or if it saves it, though.

Edit: BO'd.

Okay time to bring the excitement back to the thread again today.

No banging in the office today as she is working from home.  However I told her "we should go out for drinks one night next week" and she replied almost instantly with "yes that would be great."

Yeah, the game is a lot of fun. It's become my default game since I finished up stein's gate. Accidentally ended up sidelining lego dimensions, and naruto because of it. I still occasionally get sleepy playing it when the grind starts droning on for side quests, but usually playing more upbeat music makes it more bearable. Not sure what it is about the soundtrack in this game. I know a lot of people really enjoyed it, but it mellows me out way too much most times.

You could always play The Order without a guide for the first run through.

-Tyler
I went through without a guide the first time. I think I only ended up missing 2 collectables anyway. If you just go down every hall, you'll grab most everything. And it doesn't take too much extra time to do so, not like the maps are huge or very open. And you can chapter select pretty much the exact scene you need to grab collectables in afterwards.

There's no way to track what you missed though right? What I read said you can only track your progress on one of the collectibles. How did you know where to go back to to get the ones you missed?
