PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Finished up the last episode of Saturday Morning RPG tonight. Fun game, but the sticker rubbing before each battle got annoying. Great references and interactive battles. Think I'm gonna try to grind out the plat, but we'll see how long I last.

I hope this goes on sale quick. I'm having not buyer's remorse.

I heard the guy that got the plat first on True Trophies is the coolest guy around.

Do you guys get Jekyll down there? I have yet to try it, but I have liked their IPAs. They just came out with a session IPA with a great name: Fixin' To

I wonder what percentage of people in the thread even know that saying. I am wagering you do. I can't imagine it or anything else will be as good as All Day though.
I've yet to see Jekyll stuff, maybe the other store I wanted to look in will have it.

And yeah I hear "fixin' to" too many times to count each and every day. I'm sure I myself say it more than I mean too.

It took me nearly 3 hours to finish just the last two levels thanks to the whole no-checkpoints thing. I probably made things worse for myself by starting on Normal and not realizing that difficulty didn't matter until it was too late and I had reached World 3 on Normal.

Gator, according to their website the Jekyll stuff is actually all over the place down here. No idea why I haven't noticed it yet. I'll keep an eye out for it.

I "slept in" until 6 this morning. I forgot to turn my alarm back on when I got up to turn the heater on in the bathroom. Oh well, the extra hour made me feel so much better. Maybe my body was just like fuck you asshole go back to sleep

I never did finish any of the games upon release originally, so I know how hard and frustrating they can be. Still love the fuck out of them though. I gotta get back to these now.

Aqua blue vita for 120 refurb

I wonder how good this would be, there are not any local so would have to order online, shouldnt have a problem returning it to local gamestop if it comes in with damage right?

I have a great majority of the 120 in gamestop credit so wouldnt really pay anything out of pocket that wasnt already a sunk cost.

Never had the new vita and wanna try it out.

You wouldn't have any problems returning it as long as you had the packing slip, but you'd be out the shipping cost ($5.49, I think, and you can't get free shipping).

Hmm the vita trades in for 80, so if i liked the new vita could trade my oled one in and make the net cost 40 bucks to upgrade.

I love the oled though...

I didn't realize the 1000 traded in for that much. This is pretty tempting.
yea the slim and the wifi are only two listed on trade in page and both get 80
I have a dinger-from-Amazon-Warehouse-Deals LCD Vita from a year or so ago, but I've stuck with my Crystal White OLED model just because. This really is tempting, though...

It's a relatively painless process to move all of the save data/game installs to a new Vita if they're on the memory card, correct? I know that I'll have to rearrange all of the bubbles again.

I'm born and raised in Louisville and I know that saying... you gotta take into account that just because the college is located in Louisville that it isn't made up of just people that are from Louisville. Everyone I know here knows that saying...

Update: And now everyone at my work is laughing about the guy who thinks no one from Louisville knows the phrase "fixin' to" because no one knew it when he went to college here lol
Even people not from the South, I know I've either read the phrase in fiction or seen it in movies or TV shows plenty of times. Used in context it's pretty easy to figure out the meaning.

The blue 2000 is worth the upgrade imo. I loved my OLED, but the slim really is a better unit. Much lighter and easier to hold/manage than the OLED. Any noticeable screen differences are really easy to get used to. And the changes to the hardware were definitely worth the loss of the screen imo.

Its pretty easy to delete any user data off the old one if you're trading in, and if you're just using the same memory card then you don't really have to worry about games or saves, other than your bubbles and any theme settings move around.

This was always my favorite kart racer as a kid. Well, kart racer that wasn't mario.

Crash Nitro Kart was a lot of fun too. That may be nostalgia talking though.

Im fixin' to build a lawn mower out of a trash can.

One of my redneck cousins' boyfriends has said something similar to this on several occasions.

A lot of southerners answer questions with "fixin' to" as well.

Q: Did you start building that trash can lawn mower yet?

A:  Fixin' to.

Ok well apparently i had like 200 in GS credit, didnt realize I had that much, buying this refurb vita, if i like it ill either keep it and oled or trade in oled.

Hopefully I get a good one.

Oh, that boss monster game always looks cool when I see it. Haven't grabbed it though, if you end up playing it Zimm let me know how it is.
I ended up ordering it from Amazon late last night, so I'll give it a go this weekend and give a full report. Loving having Prime and their free 2-day delivery!

It's amazing how many Kart racers I had forgotten about / I can't believe they exist.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Karting_video_games

Everyone forgot Diddy Kong Racing.
I loved Diddy Kong Racing. My sister dated a guy whose family owned a game/movie rental store called Video Odyssey. I never owned a N64 as a kid, but I had one of the rentals from their store for months while they dated. Diddy Kong Racing was one of the games he brought for me to play.

As far as I am concerned Mario Kart perfected kart racing on the first try and nothing that came since can improve on that experience.   The rest of you are either ignorant to its greatness (hopefully only cause your too young to know any better) or YOUR an idiot.

Hopefully that last sentence wasnt too condescending for Tyler.

Does powerup rewards help on used stuff like this?

Someone wanna pm me their # and ill get you 120 worth in points at least.
It wont get you anything off, but yes, it will give points to the person whose number you use. I would give you mine but since someone else just bought a PS4 on mine, I don't want to be greedy.
