PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Looks like on April 1st starting at 6 PM you'll be able to get a beta access code for Doom multiplayer beta at Gamestop. No purchase/pre-order necessary.

At some point we'll just call these Betas demos, because that's what they are.

List of local food chains that should go national:

http://www.buzzfeed.com/jessicamisener/wawa-for-life

The Publix fans in there will be happy to see them listed. And yes bring me fucking Bojangles and bring the rest of you Culvers.

Didn't realize Noodles & Company wasn't national. And that Raising Cain's was supposed to be a Louisianna only thing since I know of at least 2 or 3 here in the Twin Cities.
Hell yeah wawa at #2. It's weird that Noodles is in 31 states, but that's not enough to qualify as "national." Also didn't realize chik fil a and rita's aren't national. I guess I should try First Watch since there's some near me.

I didn't like Ratchet & Clank much. I got to a bit where you have to run and jump and keep ahead of rising water. I couldn't do it. But I don't know, on top of that it was just kind of boring. The combat was clunky and not much fun. Maybe that will be resolved in this reboot, but I have a feeling I'll still fail at the rising waters section.

Note: played it on Vita
I remember that part being more of a pain than it should've been when I played it on ps3 too. But you're judging the whole series based on a port of a super old ps2 game on a handheld. At least try out the second one, it fixes a lot of the clunky controls and other problems of the first.

Wawa is a fucking gas station though. So weird to me that the one or two around here are always packed full of people. Its a GAS STATION. Im sure their food is good and all, its just strange to me.

I would definitely consider 31 states to be national. Chik Fil A isnt national?!? MIND BLOWN

We are getting a Portilo's in Tampa soon. Chicago style hot dogs? Sounds good.

First Watch....meh. I find their food bland and overpriced. Its a place for hipsters/health nuts. I much prefer a Waffle House or some cheap "fast food" breakfast.

We eat at Noodles & Company sometimes, but in no way is it a huge loss to not have them.

Also there is a Bojangles here near work that I sometimes go to, so their location for those is a bit off.

I didn't mean the series as a whole. I meant the first game, Ratchet & Clank, which is what they are remaking, right?

yeah, and the remake will have more modern controls so you shouldnt have as much trouble. And that water section was the only mildly frustrating part in the whole game. Dont bother with the old one, but try the new one some day. I love the shooting in RandC.

A listicle!

I'm seriously considering making the 45 minute drive out to Hilsboro when a Chick-Fil-A opens later this month.

Burgerville's on this list, but I think they're way over-rated. They're pretty pricey for a fast food joint and their burgers are generally dry and not as flavorfull as Wendy's. Who cares if they're using local ingredients if it still tastes like crap.

We have a lot of those. Of the ones we have, the only one that people are actually missing out on is In N Out.

Noodles & Co. is really good if you're looking for an $8 pasta lunch with no flavor.

Chik Fil A is the McDonalds of chicken.  And no fuck ing way chicken from McDonalds is better than anything at Chik Fil A Tyler!  no wonder I started an argument with you the other day.  your the worst!

Seriously though I can understand why someone might not care for them, but if you say they are good for fast food chicken...well, they ARE fast food chicken.  And they are by far the best at it.

Even if they are run by idiot closed on Sundays religious fanatic homophobes...

I've never understood the draw of Chik-Fil-A. They make a competent chicken sandwhich but it's nothing to go out of the way for.
It's just sort of the draw of something new that you don't have.

I remember that when we lived in Anchorage and we'd travel to the "lower 48" we were also excited about going to Red Lobster or Olive Garden since we didnt have those up there.

To be fair Red Lobster had hush puppies as a kid and now those Cheddar Bay Biscuits which are heart attack on a plate but the best damn bread on the planet. hands down.

Also, Olive Garden unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks are the bomb if you can just stick with that.

Well, I actually prefer Zaxby's to chick-fil-a I think. Mainly because I'd take Zax sauce over anything Chick-fil-a has. But I wouldn't call Chick-fil-a the "best by far", it's not that much better than other places out there if it's even the best.

We have a chain down here that I've only seen in convenience stores that has really good fried chicken with a little spice to it. Krispy Krunchy is the name. Pretty damn good stuff.

I still like noodles and company, but their penne rosa has gotten more bland over time.  But I ate there and at chipotle a lot in college since they opened up the first of both of those in the area basically right behind my dorm while I was still there.  A friend of mine actually worked there during college and whenever he'd work until close, he'd come over with a whole mess of leftover cookies and rice crispy treats.

I heard of zaxby's and apparently we have some in Tampa. I asked around and everyone here says they are good but similar to Chik Fil A really. Same with PDQ's I have eaten PDQs before and dont find it better than Chik FIl A but they are similar in price point and quality.

So basically it boils down to what we eat first I think and then you get used to it. Chick Fil A for me...something else for others. At the end of the day if you like it. EAT IT!

I love OG's Toscana soup, but never found an entree I've liked there. Like you say, just hit it up for soup salad and breadsticks for like $7 plus tip and it's great.

They used to have a spinach artichoke dip with baguettes that was delicious but they took it off the menu a while ago.

I use to like their pasta fresca, but they ruined it by switching to whole wheat noodles or something and probably some other changes. Now it's just not very good at all.

Yup and their chicken biscuit for breakfast is the truth.

Chick-fil-a is better for sandwiches, Zaxby's for chicken fingers and wings. Zaxby's has several different flavors of sauce you can get tenders dipped in. I often get a fingerz plate dipped in mild buffalo sauce. Oh, and they sprinkle season salt on their fries. They just have more spice and flavor to their food, which I prefer to the bland nature of Chick-fil-a stuff.

I use to like Popeyes, but every time I've gone recently I've not liked it much. I think they've gone cheap on the chicken they use or something. I really think their chicken tenders are pretty bad now. Do not like.

So what your saying is Zaxby's food is good when covered up by condiments. gotcha!
