Has anyone seen Power Rangers SPD yet? I'm highly disappointed. Dino Thunder was such a great tribute to the original MMPR and all the things that made it fun, but SPD seems to throw all of that out of the window.

WHY couldn't they have done a better costume for Doggy Kruger? I know the Japanese version was far sillier, but this is just downright bad. Last season's Mesogog was such a fantastic design, you'd think they could've learned something from that.

I dunno...I'll stick with it, for now, but I really don't have high hopes for it anymore. And next year's source material is just now airing in Japan - Magirangers...how they're going to pull it off over here in '06 without going all Lost Galaxy or Harry Potter is beyond me.

Cool, so should I just get a nice, cheap frame that'll go with the poster? I've got a nice God of War poster that I got from DaPhatty and I feel like putting it up after playing the demo. I also have this nice orange Killzone poster that use a heavier paper which I'd like to put up.
 
So, tomorrow I'll be returning my Logitch controller back to Amazon and won't likely get all of the money back on account of the controller not working properly. So, I'll have an extra $25 or so to spend on whatever.

get your frames from Michael's with a 40 percent off coupon. Make sure you get a small black frame as those look the best.

I plan on getting a SF:AC and a MGS3 poster soon.

Yeah, Knights of the Zodiac sucks, the only redeeming quality from the anime was that they used a cover of Ran So Far Away. I'd literally just listen to that and change the channel every week.

Nope, these two would be the first, though they're pretty much the best looking of any of mine that I have up. I've always used tape before because it was easy, but I'd like to have these two looking nice.
 
I've always used tape too. In retrospect there's one poster I would have wanted to keep in better condition. That's my X-Files "I Want to Believe" poster. The only poster to have lasted through my four years of college. Its all beat up now but its still hanging.

Hey I have framed artwork... though usually I just go to the clearance section of the photo frames and try to find something close to the size needed. ;-)

She keeps all of her spare ammo IN BETWEEN HER CLEAVAGE...When she needs to reload, she starts spinning in circles, thrusts her chest out, and bullets pop out of her cleavage. And in the last episode, she was fighting a big robot and it kept hitting just her clothing while she was dodging, and she managed to rip her panties, which caused her to not be able to move freely. So she did the rest of the fight standing completely still. This show is seriously weird.

In Excel Saga the main character dies multiple times in many different ways. Oh and there's a guy who pulls out machine guns from his afro. The ending theme is sung by a dog. I think Excel Saga wins.

Ehhhhh...I still think Rushuna carrying all her ammo in her cleavage is weirder. Plus, her goal in life is to make everyone stop fighting by smiling, and then thrusting their face into her cleavage. I'm begining to think the real main character of this show isn't Rushuna, it's Rushuna's cleavage. I wouldn't be surprised if it started talking out of nowhere one episode.

EDIT: Plus, main characters dying a lot isn't that weird. Go look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Buffy died about a billion times throughout the show. And she always came back. Death won't stop the characters of the Buffyverse!

And if you want to talk about weird anime characters with afros, you gotta see this one guy I saw in an episode of Big O when I was bored. He has a blonde afro and was obsessed with taking over Big O and kept trapping the guy who is the main character of Big O in weird ways throughout the episdoe.
 
I don't think you get the obsurdity of machine guns in an AFRO!
And every episode has some genre of anime it's making fun of... whether it be dating sim or cuddly talking animals.
It's weird but very funny. Cause it makes fun of so many anime scenes.
 
By die I mean in the first minute she gets hit by a car and then is brought back to life by the wheel of the macrocausim(sp). Eh, just trust me... I looked into Grenendier and it doesn't hold a candle to the weirdness of Excel Saga.
 
Let me just say, you guys watch some fucked up shit.

Now, if you were talking about hockey...or "the shocker", I wouldn't mind as much. :D
