Quite possibly the most feel-good thing I have seen in years (video)

So, a videogame developer who is basically getting paid by Cadbury to travel around the world and film himself acting foolish? That doesn't really make me feel particularly good.

Really, what is all the fuss here? This just made me want to b-smack that pasty white dude in the back of the head for being an a-hat all over the world. Thanks for representing America like that, a-hat.

Dancing is the universal language of happiness. He represented America well at alot of places that hate us.

I have been to a lot of these places. Pretty interesting video. If only I had danced like a fool...maybe I could have become a B list internet celebrity...
I loved it.

I wish I could recognize where in Austin that was though. Looks like it was just off Town Lake.
It is right off Town Lake, or Lady Bird Lake, if you like. He was dancing in front of the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue.
you're just trying to be a macho tough guy!
The OP hyped this up so bad, I was expecting so much more. Some people mentioned that Animal Crossing Mom dedication on YTMND, now that was moving.

I understand the concept, but a lot of the parts looked staged.

what a blow hard

Wow that Dedicated Mom Animal Crossing was very moving, kinda makes you think about and I read the last part of the video "Be nice to your parents while you still can" I agree

Hm, I really enjoyed it. What's with all the hate/bashing in this thread? I know this clip isn't going create world peace anytime soon, but come on...

LoL at the N. Korea one. I wonder what that guard was thinking...it was great being able to see all those different locations though.

The video doesn't really promote anything at all, those who think it actually means something, are just grasping at straws. People dancing does not translate to any sort of message. If I go to New Guinea and dance around, nobody thinks of it as anything but a silly white man dancing around. But since it's being filmed, and backed with wordly music, it suddenly has some big meaning?

It would mean something if feuding nations or people danced together.

That's the thing that pissed me off worst about this video.

People think that pretty much anything paired with "world music" instantly becomes profound and moving. Bleh.
I know. My private 2 year technical career school taught me well!
Why are you even posting in this thread still?

Classic.

The best.

I've watched this commercial at least a dozen times, it's so awesome.

I love the whole world; it's such a brilliant place.
Wow, Hard Gay was in Britain (around 1:30). Or at least someone dressed very similar.
And I thought I had imagined it..

Not the most feel good like the Kiwi video posted.. but that Predator one was pretty entertaining. Nice to see that people will dance with a complete stranger though..

I like this video a lot but it doesnt mean anything. I just think its cool.

You guys watch/read to much news. Do yourselves a favor and stop watching cnn. Guess what? The world isnt a global shit pool of all drug dealers and rapist.

Walking down the street wont get you killed instantly. White people can walk in an all black hood and not get robbed and shot...yeah...even Detroit.

Yes, fox news and cnn spend 99% of their time forcing feeding everyone that the world is going down the tubes thanks to video games, myspace, internet, gas and rock/rap music but it really isnt like that. There are some bat crazy people out there but most people are actually good hearted.

90% of all humans just try to live their lives as best as they can. But most media will spend 99% of their time reporting on the 10% of bad people in the world and hyping up all of these what if questions.

Man, I fucking hate all news outlets.

The video is just a guy dancing that is all.....but at the very least lets be happy that not all youtube clips are half naked whores and jack ass type stunts.
