Wow. This is bullshit. My grandmother lives within walking distance of Coney Island. I used to walk there all the time during my summer visits. Rest In Peace Astroland.

have fun! Ive been on roller coasters twice the size of the cyclone, but nothing ive been on can match that first drop.

I never had the nerve to ride the cyclone. The swinging cars on the wonder wheel are what I'm going to miss. They were the best to go on without telling someone about them - they think its just a regular ferris wheel - until it swings and you feel like you are about to fly out onto the boardwalk.

I think there used to be a Crazy Eddie near there back in the day...
