I care because I'm starting phase 3 of my total body reconditioning.
Phase 1: I went from 265 to 190 with diet and running.
Phase 2: I went from 190 to 225 with weight training and honestly, not giving a damn what I ate. Not to much cardio other than Basketball as often as I could at lunch. I needed to rebuild the muscle that I lost from dieting.
Phase 3: To get back to 200 with diet, running and weight training. I'll throw Wii fit in there for fun. I honestly dont think it will matter much in the grand scheme, but it's better than playing World of Warcraft after dinner.
