recommend a good multiplayer game

hey all. my kid loves to play fuzion frenzy and shrek super party because he gets to beat the crap out of all of us.
truth be told, sometimes we have friends come over, we have some drinks and put on a little tournament like game and we truly have a blast.

can anyone recommend another game that is fun for four players?
my kid has over 40 games but none that the "adults" (and i use that term VERY loosley) find as entertaining as those two.

from nascar to basketball, football spawn, wrestling, dead or alive and a crap load of others, we just dont seem to get into them as much as fuzion frenzy.

please recommend another game or two and keep the fun alive!!!!!

X-Men Legends, great teamwork. Action RPG.

*both are multiplatform.

or any DDR type game is great for groups.
 
I don't think there are a lot of party like games for the Xbox, but there is a game I think it is called Kung-Fu Chaos I have never played it though.
 
So you want party games, eh? Fuzion Frenzy is definately one of a kind. It's a genre that's really not that popular on XBox. There's a few i'd recommend, though. Burnout 3 is fun with friends, Cel Damage might be fun (twisted metal-ish gameplay with a cartoon twist), maybe a DDR game.. I'm drawing a blank. I hope someone else can step in and help out.
 
Worms is on just about every platform going back to the Sega Genesis. Best party game I've ever played. Its not on Xbox yet though.

i third the Kung Fu Chaos. When my friends get together, seeing as they arent big on FPS games and since i crush them in them, they mostly play Kung Fu Chaos. It's a whole lot of fun. You can get it for < $9 at CC right now. And they have a plentiful stock so you won't be going on lame game/item hunts that end with no success (the summary of my last 2 or 3 days :( )

Also my friends play a lot of Pro Evolution Soccer 4... which is only available in europe... but i guess fifa 2005 would be just as fun.

Also if you are looking for a all at once 4 player fighting/brawling game, Def Jam Fight for NY and Kakuto Chojin both offer 4 player simultaneous fighting modes. Def Jam is a little graphic though if it's a kid playing.

I agree.. Worms Armageddon for PC was the best. That's why.. well.. it's my avatar. I just can't get into the console versions though since I'm used to mouse and keyboard on it. But damn.. it's a work of genius
 
i think i'll pick up kung fu chaos, spiderman 2 (my kid wants it) and i need one more! a good multi.
help an old man out!!!!!!!!!!!!! if it wasnt on atari 2600 or 8 bit nintendo....
i have no idea what to get. lol

The DC version was the only version I had ever known, but my friend had it for PC and he was always flubbing up the controls. Even when he finally got the hang of it, whenever he tried to teach someone how to play, he'd pick up the DC controller and keep referring to the "space bar" and they'd look at him like he had three heads.

By the way I have no idea what Kung Fu Chaos is, but I am compelled to check it out based on the awesome title alone. I'm gonna go do some reasearch on it.
 
oh yea...shooting the crap out of your friends in twisted metal: black is always awesome too :D and when you are alone, you can play through the story modes for each character and find out what they are all about :D good stuff, great cutscenes :)

Oh dear god. I lost a year of my life to that game. I had a roping clan, elite ranking on wormnet, my own website.... Damnit, I was addicted. No other game has come close to roping me in (pardon the pun) like Worms. Diablo II and Unreal Tourney did their best, but I was able to get good grades that year at least... NFL 2k5 over live is getting me addicted now though...
