I bought GoW3 and RDR preorder a month ago, using 25OFF. Or maybe it was 25auto. Either way, got the pre-order for 25% off, and I got my $10 credit. Strangely enough, even though my item is on the UPS truck, they still haven't charged my bank account. I'm sure they will, just weird that it didn't yet.
 
Just got an email saying my RDR shipped even though the tracking number has been available for two days. Still says the damn thing is in Louisville where it was shipped from.

Got my $10 coupon email. It had two codes in it. Not sure why. I pre-ordered Red Dead and Split/Second at the same time, but I don't remember S/S having a $10 coupon deal.

The coupons also have an expiration date of "4/28/20013". Awfully nice of GameStop to give me 18,003 years to use it. :lol:


Edit: For the guy who asked, I used the 25off code.

lol, mine still says its in Hodkins, IL since yesterday, but I figured its just on route and hasn't been handed off to a different West-bound route.

I used 25OFF to order both Red Dead Redemption and Alan Wake, and I just got my codes for the $10 credits. Oddly, both codes were sent in the same email, with nothing distinguishing which code came from which game (not that it really matters, but . . . ). I almost didn't see the second code at first.
 
If anyone is willing to swap my Golden Gun for their Deadly Assassin, let me know. Wish to trade dlc for dlc, 360 version.

also just my $10 credit. And no, it doesn't stack with anything, as far as I can tell, other than SAVER and EDGE
 
Hrm sent my code in for the soundtrack download link yesterday and still no link in my email box. Fired off an email to rockstar but still waiting :bomb: (tried resubmitting the code but it just says its already been used of course)
 
Got my copy of RDR and just got the $10 credit. Luckily the credit is good until 4/28/20013 according to the email so if in my lifetime I never ever see a game I am interested in I can leave it in my will and someone in my family in the next 18,000 years may find something they want.

LOL They had the same typo in my email with the code.

It's too bad these codes wouldn't stack with each other and that 25% off $100 dealie(if it's still going on) cuz that would be insane. I'd gladly pay $55 for some games, assuming they had anything in stock I wanted.
 
Anyone having problems with the $10 code? It activates fine, but the savings aren't reflected anywhere, not even at the last page of checkout.

EDIT: Nevermind, I tried it again after 10 minutes and it worked. I guess their servers were just being a bit wonky.

Got my code today along with the alan wake. Paid 45 with the 25% off a preorder, it shipped Monday and I have still yet to be charged...
 
So to update my prior post after emailing twice and calling once to gamestops customer service they insist that they sent me an email saying that there was a problem with my credit card and gave me 48 hours to respond despite me never getting this supposed email. They said I could reorder the item and pay full price (had it preordered with the 25deal thing for 44.95 or something like that) and that they would send me a $10 coupon for the inconveince and when I stated that I would have gotten a $10 coupon had they not messed my order up I was "disconnected". I'm so mad I'm debating on canceling all my preorders and just placing them through amazon. Gamestops customer service is some of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.

P.s. There was way more then enough money in my checking account to cover their charge so there was no reason at all for there to be a problem with my card the only thing I can think is I got a new debit card and activated it and guess that maybe that caused the error.
 
First order from GameStop that I didn't pick up in store. Received the game Wednesday, and I even used the free value shipping. Got my $10 fairly quick. Not bad, GameStop. Not bad at all.

Deff caused a error. as the new card expiration date and security code change. Once activated old card is no longer usable.
 
Saw a couple of the SE copies on the shelf at one of the nearby GS (the closest one is sold out), all gutted. Then saw a pile of the regular version all sealed behind the counter. What gives.
