Bump...

I just remembered I wanted you to make some glow in the dark Metroid pixelart for me. I'm going to try to send you the PayPal this Friday before I forget about them again, I think I owe you $10?
cml for mlb poster
Only thing I saw on your list was the 1600 MS Point Card or possibly KOTOR, let me know if you saw anything else on my list that I can add along with the MLB poster and we can work out a trade.
Someday I hope my list can be this massive.
I always thought mine was relatively small compared to other CAG's, so I'll gladly take the compliment.
Did the sexual innuendo come through good?

No hurries, I still haven't made them.
I've actually been pretty busy between work, making bead sprites for the sudden amount of orders I got, and watching The Shield, so it will probably take me a little while to make your Glow in the Dark metroid sprites anyway.
And yes, I think it was $10.

Also, new title, anybody wanna take a guess at where I got it from?

Whats with the shitty lowball offers lately? I swear some people must think I know nothing about what anything is worth. I just got the following offer in a pm, I'll remove the CAG's name for his sake.

hey ill give you 20 for your uncharted guide or i can trade you my copy of odst for it.

Now, the uncharted guide is listed as pending, it's worth triple what he offered, and I already have ODST listed on my tradelist, seriously what the fuck is wrong with people!!

I'm posting using my PS3 since my PC monitor died. I'm going to try to send you the payment today just to see if I can still use paypal. As soon as I get a new wireless adapter I will hook up my PC to my TV and resume posting regularly again.

Well I tried to send money using PayPal but the website says that I am using a Gecko browser? I should be getting my wireless adapter in a few days so I'll do it then.

It's really not a problem, take your time with payment, I'm in no rush and I'm still busy with another order of pixel arts. Sorry to hear about your monitor though.

I'm back online finally :) I hooked up my PC to a 52" LCD TV via my new hdmi 4.1 cables and it looks great.
Brag more.

Okay, how about this... I was helping someone build their first PC over the phone while I was typing the previous message so I typed hdmi 4.1 instead of 1.4:lol:. Imagine how expensive prototype 4.1 cables would be if they actually existed, also I just sent you the $10 for the glow in the dark Metroid Pixelart that I want :D.

I was actually referring to the 52 inch tv that you are now using as a computer monitor. I got my monitor from a garage sale for $5 about five years ago.
Got the payment for the Metroid pixels, I'll get started on them in a few days, I'm wrapping up another CAG's order and need a break from making bead sprites for a day or two.
Interested in Left 4 dead 2 cml please, I will also PM you this interest.
Pm'd back

Oh, actually it's not that great to have a PC on a big monitor:lol: It's been tough to find a comfortable spot to play from, if I'm too close everything is huge and if I'm too far away I can't read anything. I also tend to move a lot so I need a bigger table for my mouse and keyboard :(

$5 , I've usually bought a monitor that cost between $200 - $300 and the cheapest LCD Monitor's at the stores near me are around $100. My CRT monitor's work but my one and only LCD is the one that keeps dying. I've RMA'd it twice and now that my extended warranty has expired I plan on fixing it myself so that I can continue using it since it's one of the few LCD monitor's that I've seen that the text doesn't look fuzzy to me.

Oh boo hoo, your tv is too big for you to use as a monitor, I feel soooooo bad for you.

There are too many abbreviations in that second paragraph for me to know what you meant, I understood LCD, but I don't know how you would RMA something.

Sorry about that I've been working on computers too much lately:roll:. The LG LCD monitor that I have was built with bad capacitors so I keep having to send it back to the manufacturer to be repaired. If I remember correctly RMA is short for "Return Merchandise Authorization".

I'm sure you know what CRT means but it's going to be something that only old folks will remember pretty soon:lol:. I don't know about you but the first time I felt old was when I showed my nieces and nephews my records and slide collections and they asked me what they were:oldman:.

Okay, thanks for clarifying, I know what CRT means, although I usually just refer to CRT tv's as lightbulb tvs. I showed my nephew my NES and he asked what it did, I wanted to cry. That was one of the first times that I felt old. :oldman:

Now I don't feel as bad, my oldest nephew is in his early 20's so he definitely knew what a NES is for:lol: Hopefully the game systems that come out in 20 years are as radically different from today's systems as they are from the ones of my childhood ;)

I'd actually like to see the game systems in 20 years be more similar to the classic old school systems. Back when you'd play games for fun instead of trying to rack up achievements and trophies. I love my 360, but the fact that I'm now on my fourth system is just plain sad. I don't understand how the technology to make these systems has gotten better and better, and we are on the verge of virtual reality, and yet half of the systems that MS makes break within a year.
My SNES gets more use than my wii does and my PS3 turned into a dust magnet after I beat Uncharted and Disgaea 3. Of course now the PS3 has a few more high quality exclusives, but do I really need to "play" an interactive movie like MGS4?
I'd love to see nintendo move away from all of the casual bullshit and fitness crap and go back to making actual good, high quality games, although I doubt that will happen anytime soon.
Also, yay random ranting!!! :D

I want the future gaming experience to be similar to the holodeck sequences from the Star Trek series :) I like the virtual console idea even though I have to re-buy games that I already own. My only gripe is that they haven't released more classic games, *cough* Goldeneye *cough*.

I have a 60 GB PS3 and after a few minor issues that occurred after updating I decided to just stop updating, since then I haven't had any problems. I play my Wii more often now that
i can't play the newest PS3 games so I guess Sony did me a favor. I spend most of my gaming time on my PC since that's what most of my games are installed on.

I almost forgot... go see Prince of Persia I liked it so tell me what you think ;)

The Virtual Console is pretty nice, same with PSN and XBLA, I like being able to download the old classics whenever you want. Although I think the prices, at least for XBLA games, are getting to be a bit high. Paying $20 for a download only game that lasts 3 hours is just not worth it.
*cough* RELEASE EARTHBOUND ALREADY MOTHERfuckERS *cough*
*cough again*Also Shining Force 3, Dragonforce, and Saturn Bomberman *cough*
*cough again again* And Final Fantasy Tactics needs to be on Xbox Live Arcade*cough*
My throat hurts now.
You really should buy a 360 though, despite the hardware problems it is a great system with some really great games.
I'll see Prince of Persia eventually, when I get around to seeing it I'll let you know what I thought.

Also, lowball sale might be happening in about two weeks, maybe a little less. Depends on how much stuff I can get together and if anybody buys/trades for anything in the next few days.

Awesome, I can't wait to see what you have in your next lowball sale and I'll try to remember to send you something for that cough when I ship your stuff:lol:
I'm staying as far away from consoles as I can for the next generation or so until they get all the bugs worked out. It's about time to upgrade my PC again and the video card I want is about $300 plus I'll probably need a higher wattage power supply. I only see a few new games that I want anyway, I'll probably get them for the PC whenever Steam has them on sale.

I was disappointed with the Nintendo console this generation so I probably won't get another console from them unless they have at least 10 games that I want. I definitely won't be buying another PlayStation unless they stop requiring updates to go online and access the PSN store. I was able to go online for a while using the Proxy method until they blocked it recently:roll:
CML for Super Mario Brothers 2 (nes).
Sadly I am too broke to be able to buy it from you, was there anything on my list that you saw that you may want to trade for?

The lowball probably won't be as impressive as my three previous ones, just whatever is on my list that doesn't sell, along with some more games I still have to list and whatever I pick up in the next few weeks to list.
And don't bother sending me anything for my cough, by the time you get my stuff sent out I'll probably be dead anyway.
Although I really don't think that the "bugs" will be gone from consoles anytime soon. If you think about it, they seem to get worse every generation. The SNES I got on release day is still working just fine, but I've had to buy four xbox 360's in 3 years
CML for

Lost Oddysey
Soul Caliber IV
The Orange Box
Saw a few things I was somewhat interested in, but nothing that I really needed to have, thanks for the interest though.

I have money.
I have money.
Now that I am interested in. :D
How about $20 for Soul Caliber IV and Orange Box shipped? I'm not quite sure I want to get rid of Lost Odyssey since I haven't tried it yet, but I should be able to give it a try later on tonight and if I don't care for it, $30 for all 3 games shipped?

Way to dash my hopes about your next sale:lol: Stuff keeps coming up that preoccupies me, first the home appliances dying and then my TV and PC monitor acting up. Don't worry though you'll get those GBA games before the games that you wanted on the virtual console come out ;)

Talking about game console quality... I still have Tecmo football and basketball handhelds from the early 70's that still work. My original NES and SNES still worked perfectly when i traded them in too.

Well, maybe I undersold it a little bit, I'll still try my best to make it good, I'm sure I can find a few things that you would bid on.
Take your time getting the gba games out, I still haven't gotten your metroid pixels made. At this point, with a lowball sale in about three weeks, I may just wait to ship out the metroids with whatever you win in the lowball sale if thats alright with you.
I wasn't alive in the early 70's, although I've still got one of my old game and watches somewhere, and I've got a pile of atari games, controllers, and manuals sitting in my closet.
Also, Tecmo football was awesome, best football game ever.

I finally received a box today that would hold both a comic and your games. I also found a comic for the NES game Werewolf: the last warrior, let me know if you want it. I was given those old handheld games by my older siblings since I was only a few years old when they bought them.

They didn't want me to play on their PONG system so they gave me their old handhelds :) I only owned one game on Atari so I just let my older brother take it along with the system when he moved out. I liked Tecmo football and basketball so much that I played them even after I bought my Gameboy and Gameboy color.
