Yeah Spec op is definitely my least favorite class. I know that they're the backbone of the team but I still cant figure out how to play as one.

Oh well another great game night. hopefully we can get some more people in next week.
 
definitely fun. We'll have to play some more on superhuman. I think it's more fun being forced to work as a team. Also, if we get enough people we should play competitive. I know I sucked, but Fluffy kicked some serious ass. I just tagged along and absorbed some bullets for him ;)
 
Woooo! Bryce Canyon! Man, we were awesome that match! We almost got Bracknell too, but we all got pinned down by the Titan fire. I'm surprised I lasted that long!

Hello Everyone,

I’m sure most of you are aware that stats are not function properly (as well as several other issues). I just wanted to let everyone know that we’re investigating everything and working on getting it all fixed up and back to normal.

We think we’ve narrowed down the cause of stats not tracking and have a plan to get it fixed, however the earliest that this fix can be staged is early Monday (3/30). In the interim you may continue to play R2. BUT, you should be aware that any stats accrued over this weekend WILL NOT be attributed to your profile at a later date.

So if you're trying to level up / rack up kills, this is not the weekend to do it.
 
Spent a couple hours with the game today after taking a BIG break from it and the new mode is pretty cool. It's not too different from some of the other modes but it has more of a free form play style to it. I'll probably pick up the maps, but it takes forever to get cool armor. I leveled up like three times and all I got was a heat stack and chest armor for the chimera.
 
Haven't picked them up yet. I'm not really sure if I'll get them considering we mainly focus on coop and not too much of competitive.
 
Yeah, i picked up just the packs, and I'm staying away from R2 and playing COD4 till the fix comes.

I agree completely with you DMC, all i want is the grim skin.

Co-op was fun, but it gets boring after you've run through it all. Competitive is where it's at.

Coop got pretty boring for me after hitting lvl 30 with a character and completing all the missions for the trophy. I am pretty good at competitive though.
 
I disagree because I enjoy co-op more. Getting one class to level 30 is just part of it. Plus, due to like 61 different combinations for all missions, I never get sick of it.
 
Superhuman mode gives like same amount,
imo. I think its just more enemy life, hit bit harder and no auto revive.

I played with 2 other guys on Superhuman, on Orick. 1 of each class, and we finished it. It's not that hard when people arent playing like noobs, and decreased enemies dpend on players.

Not unless you fail at the very end of superhuman. As a soldier, I can typically get ~20-25k experience on normal whereas I end up with about 30-35k on superhuman. The more experience is mainly because enemies have higher hp, so you get more shots in.
 
If there's a decent turn-out about how long does it stay active before everybody leaves.

And did they fix the stats?

I'm not sure the stats were ever broken. I've been playing everyday, including when they were "broken" and I haven't had any issues with my stats (all my exp is still accounted for).

Not sure about the how long thing since last week was my first time out and it was cut short due to Warhawk and R2 being on the same night (shouldn't be the case anymore though).
 
In 3 hours I'm going to be boarding my plane from Washington D.C. back to California. I should be back at around 9PM PST if there's no delays. So I'll be on tonight.

I doubt you would. So far, the only people who have it my knowledge are blader and I. Mana said he'd get it, but there was never an update on if he did or not.

EDIT: For all those who are wanting to play, make sure you have the 2.70 Firmware update downloaded before 10 EST/7 PST. It can take a long time depending on your connection, so do it ASAP.

Just got this game. It looks like everyone is already high level and playing Superhuman. Also, I usually don't play until very late like 11PM PST.

Are there anyone just starting out and playing that late?

Don't worry about it. I play once in a while and am still very low-level. You can still have fun, just don't expect to get as much XP as everyone else.
 
Ill be a host but only if i can be a soldiers every time and the only map we play is Orick.
