*RESOLVED FOR NOW*I am having a problem trading with the user name James

So, until you can get the UPS guys to cancel the delivery you can't do anything. (I know that they are closed today.)

well since you have his address, you could always go over there and beat your games outta him! Yeah, the trip might cost more than you're out but the satisfaction would oh so be worth it....
 
I am working on something with UPS, because I am close with an employee. I'm not going there to kick his ass. I'm a man of peace ya know. But the authorities will take care of that if I don't get anything back. James, please cooperate with me. Don't get your life ruined over this.

I finally contacted my friend that works at the store that shipped out my item. She told me to go in their first thing in the morning and they will cancel the delivery. If the package was delivered, then the person at the address I shipped to will have a problem with UPS and the authorities. It is looking like I have a good shot at either getting back my stuff or getting compensated for my loss.

James, you really need to contact me to avoid getting yourself in trouble.

sounds good, might still b a little early to say but it looks like u got lucky the problem was found this fast.... i never thought i'd say this but i hope UPS is really slow on delivering that package.

I think I'm going to start sucker-punching every "James" I meet, in hope of the off-chance that I land our cuplrit with a bloody nose.

And I also want this thread (along with the Cloudspekk debacle) to serve as an example to anyone who tries to abuse the trust that we give when we trade or sell over this site. People are not stupid, they will not forget about the items or money that you didn't send them, and they will try to get it back. And everyone else on the site who believes in a fair deal will do everything in their power to make your existence as painful as possible. Uh, just another heads up, not that this really proves anything, but I live in colorado, and I know for certain there's a 719 area code(as opposed to the 2 that were posted before as the "only" ones).

I've read most of this and this James character is incredibly shady, and i hope he gets what's comin to him.

You have proven continuously throughout this thread you are a dishonest person. This "hacker" you speak of seems to be a good person, because your "hacker" actually completes trades. You may think "man, I'm 14 years old and I am a badass because I scammed a free Splinter Cell:pandora Tomorrow and XBOX Live card". What you fail to realize is that if you haven't received the package yet, you will never get it. You see, my adult mind is more advanced than what you know. I was smart enough to use UPS, and they assured me they will stop shipment ASAP if it hasn't been delivered. If it has been delivered, do you know how much trouble you are going to get in? Not only will UPS and the authorities track you down, but your parents will probably kick you off the internet, and you will have nothing else to jerk off to. I have given you several chances, and all you do is pout "It wuz he haker, i sware too GOD". You have one last chance to resolve this with me, because tomorrow I am acting on this first thing in the morning. You better lube up because you will be fucked.
 
Man, I've been a newbie lurker for a few months now, and the horror stories that I've witnessed influence me to not trade here! I'm sure this is a small percentage of ")$%W*$)'s mess it up for everyone but it seems I read more and more horror stories of traders here.

this is actully i beleive only the 2nd trade gone wrong. there have been scammers like dealmaster, but he is ALWAYS exposed within a matter of mins.

there was the red gopher thing, which as i said was explained and i feel to have been bad luck, and the other day i saw someone post that manimal didnt complete his end of the trade, which isnt cool because he has a good rep here.

Hey buddy there is a really easy solution for this,

A. Call Judge Milian, Judge Mathis, or sue him in local small claims court for internet fraud and for you stuff back, carries really really serious charges and you could represent yourself.

B. Um, i guess there really is no b except call your states attorney and let them know that someone is commiting internet fraud against a resident of *your state* and that you would like some advice and he'll point you in the right direction.

Bottom line is there are serious laws against that carry serious crimes, Internet fraud is considered a class 2 felony dangerous stuff man he could serve up to 5 years in prison

THATS ALOT OF POSTS.Ok i'm lieing, i got to page 4 then said fuck it.Anyways......have you contacted the dude in VA..wether it be james or mr. hack and sell...that would prove a bit...But i guess james is more afraid of bein prank called then legal action.

Oh my god. I can't believe I did it. I simply couldn't get enough of this drama, so I read the entire CloudSpekk thread. It was, far and away, the most entertaining thing I've ever seen on a forum. I had read bits and pieces of it, but had never seen the story through to it's end. It has suspense, humor, candor, bitter rage, heroes, villians (well, only one actually)...

For those of you who have as much time on your hands as I do, and just LOVE this thread and would like to see something strikingly similar, and at the same time learn why the name Cloudspekk blasphemy on these boards, please, indulge:
