Not sure how many people are interested, or if you'd consider this a deal or not. I got mine for $35 and change shipped...if you're looking for a physical copy and wanted one you've been looking at over $100 until now. So yeah, here's your chance to grab this on the low. MSRP but I guess I'd call it a deal?

First 1000 come with digital codes...those might be sold out.

First 3000 come with some bonus extras, look at the link. Numbered edition of 3000, then however many after that don't have the numbered variant covers. You get a PSP case and manual but no UMD since they're OOP now.

This is a cool idea. $6 shipping? Hmm...

It's weird that at $30 I wasn't going to hesitate. $36? I'm not sure.

I thought the same thing when I saw $6 shipping but figured why not. It's mainly a collectors item anyway cause the game can often be had for around $2 on sales
 
#2396 when I ordered a few minutes ago. Looks like it's going fast for the numbered ones. I wouldn't hesitate if you're considering.

For what it's worth I don't think those order numbers are 1:1 with the release. My order was in like 30 seconds before 1 and I was still 1947. I'm guessing it probably started the number pool around 1920.
 
Wouldn't it account for previous orders of the other stuff on the site though? I have a hard time believing they sold through 947 of them in the time it took me to click through my auto fill PayPal info. I was done before 1:01.

What's doubtful? They sold the DOS version (and the PS4 + Vita DOS bundles) through this same storefront, so several hundred orders were made over the last year which would have ticked up the order count significantly from the default 1,000 starting point.

 
Debating on ordering a second copy for no reason lol.  I honestly thought the first 3,000 would blow out the door given the popularity and rarity of the first print.

 
Totally forgot about this, wish I hadn't missed out on the free codes as I think I only have the vanilla version on Vita. Thanks for the heads up OP, at least I got the PSP case!

Not really. It's a re-release of 3000 copies plus an unlimited number after those sell out. That's on top of the 2,000 they released less than a year and a half ago and all of the other platform releases this game has already had. They also didn't do a great job of promoting it. I've said it before, but I just didn't find the game very well done and while the constant platform releases were charming at first, it's rapidly becoming ridiculous.

Yeah, I didn't expect this to sale super fast either, for the reason you stated. This is a "re-release" after all, and I'm really only getting it for the PSP items, if not for that, I wouldn't have bothered, as I already had the OG PS4 version, and I still own the OG Vita version as well.

I personally like this game, and Brian is a machine, as he's done tons of versions(even ones that wouldn't sale well), and he keeps giving fans some cool items, so I keep supporting him. His new game looks kick ass, and I'll be getting that as well.

If I had to guess, it probably started around 1,800 because vBlank sold the DOS version through this same storefront (there were 1,000 boxed copies of that).

Just for clarity, my company (Limited Run) had nothing to do with this release. We just tweeted Brian's announcement so fans of physical games would be in the loop.

I don't know if it qualifies as confirmation, but I ordered different items from the storefront last night, and the order number I was issued was #1938. That was a good eleven hours before the reprint sale started this morning. So the ordering numbering today most likely began somewhere above #1938.

This should be reassuring for anyone whose order number fell in the 1900-2000 range. Even with multiple units per order, anyone in that range should be eligible for the first-1000 bonus.

"Bonus x 2" is most likely because they ordered two copies. The first 1000 orders gets the bonus. But the bonus is per-copy, not per-order. So if you ordered 2 copies, it stands to reason that you would get 2 bonus digital copies to go along with it.

If your order said "Bonus x 1", then you most likely got in early enough to get the bonus digital copies.

Doesn't the "Bonus" just refer to the PSP Bonus?  I don't think that it has anything to do with the Bonus digital copies for the first 1K.

The bundle contains everything above the Bonus line, and for the first 1,000 orders, the bonus items as listed in the above screenshot.

Screw it, placed an order. I was gonna pass b/c I was salty over how my order for the floppy disc version went (that was a while ago). I ordered 1 of each color and, as there's no way to distinguish the color from the boxes, I ended up opening all 3. All 3 were the purple one...:whistle2:/

Only started in late December. :p
