The Premium Editions for that set are the original long boxed sets from NISA, so the spine is basically about two times the depth of a normal DVD case if you place it on a shelf. Basically, this is them getting rid of their remaining stock again, so they've ran out of the second volume of the set of the Premium Editions, and are trying to get rid of the remaining other two parts. These have been on sale for the past sales too, so this will probably be on of the last sales that include them, or at least those they still have left.

Honestly I have no clue what they are doing. It seems like I it's the opposite of Clue. In Clue, you narrow things down by finding out what cards the other player has. Here, they are telling the possibilities.

Think I'll limit my Rightstuf Holiday Sale spending to under $120-$150. The few Aniplex releases and buying a PS4 this Black Friday, limits my budget this year. 

 
Few thoughts

- Discounted Kill la Kill is still overpriced (but cheaper than when I payed retail).  Very surprised to see a major aniplex title with any kind of discount.  

- Looks like sentai filmworks titles are guaranteed to cost slightly more on rightstuf then on sentai's site.  Anyone waiting to order from Sentai to see if rightstuf will be cheaper is wasting their time.  

- Death Note Omega Ed. is a good price

Kill la Kill is tempting...it's probably said somewhere, but what's the end date on the sale for it? I want to see what else gets added before I commit to that.

The Death Note Omega price is just as good as the B&N sale earlier this year. Looking forward to the possibility of more Aniplex titles being added. I'll bite if Plastic Memories is on sale. Highly unlikely but it's possible years down the road. If SAO 2 drops down to the Kill la Kill price, I may consider it for the sake of being a completionist.

I thought $7.99 for Battle Royale was awesome price until I clicked on it. It's $29.99. Is it typo or price mistake or the promo's over?

It might have been a combination of both a price mistake, and it sold out, so the price is back to normal now.

Typically in the past if it was a sale price, what will happen is that they'll relist it at a higher price after the sale price is over, but still include it as a sale item.

From the looks of it, it's completely off the sale list now, so it might have been a pricing error, or just a really damn good sale with limited stock at the sale price.

Either way, I guess the early birds were able to take advantage of that one. :p

Questions that I probably know the answer to but I'll still ask. If a item is out of stock you can still add it to your cart and seemingly continue to go through check out. I wouldn't mind placing an order that may get eventually canceled, but could it also possibly be restocked down the line? Would it complicate the order if it had 2 out of stock items and 1 in stock? I don't mind waiting as long as the order eventually goes through. Would they cancel the whole order or would they charge me for the one in stock item? Thanks in advance for those with experiance buying from them.
 
^I asked RS on Twitter and it was confirmed that they'll honor an OOS item's price as long as you can add it to your cart. You'll be charged when the item comes back in stock.

Viz has partnered with RS to do these sales, so it's very unlikely you will see them in any Limited Time Offer sale during these holiday sales.

Yen-Press products in general very rarely show up in the sales, and when they do it's just a small selection.
