They're about the size of your standard gashapon figure I would say, a little taller than 4 inches or so when standing, the white Kasumi I have displayed on top of my tv stands around 4.25"

Those magazines can be found at 500yen each. It's the best I can find.
I don't know how much they would be to ship, but I don't imagine they are too light.
