You can always RTS the package and get a refund but you'll probably be left with that fee, in which case you can make a phone call and ask them to remove it. Most will as a one time thing.

Thank you for the info. cause you were absolutely right. Yesterday I noticed that they charged me a $40 overdraft fee, so I contacted amazon and told them what happened and they were totally cool with it and refunded me all my money. This is one of the reasons I love amazon and will continue to do business with them.
