I don't know that I've ever seen a pair of Nike shoes that even appear remotely attractive.

willardhaven's combo of sambas and pumas get a nod in the taste column from me.

can't say the same for anything else I've seen.

calvin klein suede oxfords from nordstrom rack for $50 which I thought was a bargain, been looking everywhere for suede shoes. Good quality/hard sole. It seems nobody makes tan/brown suede shoes anymore but I feel like they're really the only shoes that go well with khakis (or anything that is lighter colored). And when I do find a pair they usually have a reddish rubber sole which is so, so ugly.

A lot of the cheaper dress shoes now use that cheap soft rubber sole where it wears down (rubs off) easily. That's the first thing I look at when shopping for shoes now.

Demonia's shoes are amazing. I've got 2 pairs of their boots and a pair of their steel-cap brogues and the build quality rivals classic Doc Martens or even TUK/Gripfast. Seriously good stuff.

I have these in standard red+white. But they're too insulated with no air circulation and make my feet sweat way too much. They feel like I'm wearing wool socks.

High five @ JJSP for wearing Onitsukas. Nice simple style to most of them although it is a bit tight width wise for me.

Just going to say this again. Buy some Vans and/or Chucks for about $30-40 and save your money for other stuff that does not make you look like a douche ie. the OP. Or, just throw down a couple hundred for some hardy leather boots and just wear them for many years to come. Can't go wrong with classic foot wear.
