the mouths have little plastic teeth the could easily pinch little fingers.
we saw these at babies r us last week. my kids loved them. they were pretty fun to play with actually. ill probably get them a couple.

i cant see how they could cause any injury beyond a little pinch. if they just made the teeth out of foam or something softer than the plastic they use there wouldnt be any issue with pinching at all, not that its a big deal anyway. the toys are cute and funny.
