I'm considering getting this game next from YourFree360Games. I played all the Tony Hawk games up until THUG2, and tried the demo of proving grounds and was bored within minutes.

I tried the demo of skate, and enjoyed it, but I got sidetracked by all the other amazing releases of 2007. So, does skate breathe enough life back into video game skating to keep me interested?

hell yes. and this is comming from a guy who's played every THPS except proving ground (except the demo). I highly reccomend it.

What he said, ive played and owned every THPS game except proving grounds. Skate is by far better then the latest tony hawk games. Even though i enjoyed project 8 a bit.

THPS4 and before were the good days of THPS... after that... Project 8 was a semi highlight but not too much.
