Sly Cooper Thieves in Time PS3 disc with Vita copy, how to activate?

Sorry if this has been posted in this forum already but with the new layout I don't know how to search individual forums, so i wasn't sure if it was answered or not.

Anyways with the free copy of Thieves in Time on on Vita when you buy your PS3 disc copy, I know you click on that option from the XMB and it says it will tie your disc copy with your PSN account, so I agreed.  TThen after that it took me to the PlayStation Store' Vita page for Thieves in Time and it only had an option to purchase it, not download.  If I went to my download history it was not there.  I thought it tied it to your account somehow so how do i download it?

It should allow you to purchase it for free. Is this a new or used copy of Sly?

if its a new copy it should be free but if u bought it used then you would need to buy it

No it's brand new copy of Sly.  If I go to disc benefits from XMB it says "this disc has already been added to your account" button to proceed to PlayStation store, then it takes me to the store page for it but it has a price for $25.00 or whatever to buy it.

Open the link in the PS Store (that says the price is $25) and it should be free on the next screen.
