and getting Nintendo to replace it could be a bigger hassle than just dumping it off at BB and waiting for the next shipment to arrive.

From what I've heard though, Nintendo customer service is really ace unlike Microsoft, and they pretty much replace anything as long as you send the old one back.

I'll still make sure to hammer out all the details if this deal does end up happening though, I'm a bit leary of Craigslist myself but to be honest, I'd rather pay extra money and not have to search anymore, espically all the rest of my accessories and games for the Wii will be here next week.
 
Yea Costco's Kirkland brand makes chicken in a can much like tuna. It's amazing. I just throw some relish on it and eat it out of a bowl.

Oh I'm not saying they won't replace it, I'm saying that if it takes a couple weeks in transit you might be able to get another one at a department store by then.

And wow, Circuit City has the slowest fucking shipping in the world... how is this possible?

I used their free shipping, it shipped 1/2/07 and they expect it to get to me by 1/17/07... wow. I was thinking it would be sometime next week for sure, not the week after next.

Many times I've gotten dates like this but I have gotten the stuff much sooner than the estimate date I was given. Hell one time I ordered a few items Sunday afternoon (cheap Nexxtech USB based fans). They were in my mailbox on Wednesday.

If they don't have Tiger Woods I won't need to bring her along at all.

I don't want Metal Slug for the Wii, but the PS2 one is taking forever to come out and the Wii one will only cost me around $20.

And EB needs to drop the used price on Fight Night. My friend and I want to beat the shit out of each other online in another game (almost everything we have played since he got live has been a fighting game).

Depends, but you get really high quality video, audio, and packaging. If I had the money, I would just import my anime. Even my old shows on R2 (Captain Herlock) blows away some of R1s released today in terms of video quality.

I think I'm just going to throw the Game Boy Player I found up on eBay as it doesn't look like buying a GC local is going to work out. Although the guy I offered $40 to said since it was the first day they were listing it on Craig's he wanted to see what other offers he'd get. With only one 3rd party controller I'd be really surprised if he finds anyone willing to pay more than $50. I have a feeling by the time he'd get back to me (if ever) I'd have found another one or dumped the player.

What does GS/EB offer in trade for a GC if anyone knows? (And do they require at least 1 official 1st party controller?) Actually just checked the wiki and it says $25. That accurate?

Saw several PS3 today. No Wiis though. Every time I go into Wal-Mart, I some how spend 50-100$. I hate it. However I did have to get a python aquarium siphon as well as some more silicon sealant for the 120 gallon.

It's 53 degrees in Texas, but the wind chill has to be dropping it into the 40s. My hands are freezing (currently on computer at work, but was outside in the damn ice gales a second ago).

I'm almost 100% sure my refurbished 360 is actually from Britian. When I booted it up, the time defaulted to London (though I can't remember if it automatically goes to GMT). The date on the console reads 22-03-2006 (My original read 12-24-2006). And the serial number begins with 201.

Also, I heard it play God Save the Queen when it booted up.

I've been eating healthy the last week and I think the sudden rush of grease completely KO'ed my intenstines.

In other shitty news, Rhino dosen't have Wii Points cards (wtf!!) or accessories at all, so I have $40 in credit I want to dump ASAP.

I'm thinking I'll just get Metal Slug on the Wii, and just do one 2 for 1 on Elebits. I was going to use the $40 to get two points cards, but I guess I'll just GGC them at Best Buy.

They are $20 a piece, right? BB.com says they are $23 or something =O

I still haven't kicked soda completely, but I've moved down to 1 can of diet soda a day and the rest of the time I just drink water.
