I guess I'm gonna take their offer. If I understand correctly: $25.00 - $21.85 = $3.15 for Sonic Racing. No AvP, but I can live with that.

Thats not what they are trying to say. They are assuming you are returning Sonic and Sega all-star Racing and you will get a $46 refund, but he is telling you if you want to keep it you can have it for 25$, $21.85 off the listing price.
