I upgraded my GS preorder to the CE a few weeks back (PS3 version). If I had to choose one of the characters, it'd be Vader anyway, so I'm good there - Yoda is NOT supposed to jump around like a frog on crack, thankyouverymuch. :nottalking:

And you people must all be tiny (or young) - XL t-shirt is just what I need.

Going to be down for the LE guide with this as well, and will probably wait for a price drop on the arcade stick.

I just have the reg edition PS3 version pre-ordered at EB... don't care for LEs anymore. Plus I hate how they stand out amongst all the other regular edition games.

The last two SCs dropped to $20/$30 so quickly... I'm gonna wait.
i find it funny how the LE version of the game includes an XL shirt lol its as if they know who their primary audience is.
Every game-included shirt is XL (or XXL) it pisses me off.
Why is it always in XL....come on why cant they have multiple sizes.
Because we live in the fattest country in the world, that's why. :spam:

I was very pissed off myself to find out that the Family Guy DVD collection came with a XL shirt as well.

As much as I already don't like SW being the main focus of SW4, it bothers me even more that all the collectibles such as the shirt and the faceplate have Yoda/Vader plastered all over them. =/

Haha, it's just funny that there were quite a few people saying stuff like smalls and mediums are useless or that everyone must be adolescents since XL doesn't fit like it does on them. :bouncy:

Gee, how old are you guys? Are you all like under 18, or some?

Most people I know wear XL, including myself! But, we are grown up adults and XL is THE size for adults. Hell, I even look for 2XL, XXL sometimes cuz I like my T-shirt BIG, anyways. I ain't Fat!

If you aren't that old yet, you can always Save the T-shirt until you are ready :)

Personally, with all the T&As, I am really surprised the game is not a 'M' rating.

Heh, well I'm over 18 and I and a majority of the people I know over 18 do not wear XL. To say that you prefer wearing larger shirts is one thing, but to make an all inclusive statement that XL is what adults SHOULD be wearing is completely absurd. With that kind of thinking, it's no wonder why so many people don't mind being grossly overweight in this country.

But that is your opinion (even though you stated it as if it were a fact) and this is mine.

Wow. XL is the size for adults?:rofl::rofl:
Wow. XL is the size for adults?:rofl::rofl:
I concur on the

I'm about to turn 22, 5' 11", fairly average build (160lb) and wear all small and medium. Small is tight (aka fashionable) while medium fits well.

I can honestly say I don't know of a single person my age who wears XL. None of my friends are fat, and none of them wear super baggy (aka ugly) clothes.

With that said, I'm fairly sure the reason XL is included is not because it's the most common size needed by their customers, but rather they don't want to exclude customers. A skinny person can wear an XL, but a fat person cannot wear a small.

I think the size of yours clothes has alot to do with where your from but...in Detroit (where i'm from) small/tight is NOT fashionable, no offense, just different sense of fashion for different areas. I can tell you beach bums in FL, country folk in KY, and city kids chicago/detroit are three completely different styles...

...oh yeah, soul calibur thread, can't fuckin wait
so what exactly does the Tournament bracket card do/used for??
I would like to know as well...my guess is for arcade machines, could be way off since arcades are not popular these days

Yeah, if you wear XL it can mean you're tall and not fat. My friend who is about 6' 2" and is like pencil thin says he has to wear L or XL.

Now if you're wearing a small or even medium shirt and you're tall, I'm going to wonder if you're one of those guys that wears tight girl jeans...

It's funny how all unfashionable guys think fashionable guys dress gay.

IMO 6' 2" and fit should be wearing a medium. Maybe L in some smaller brands (like AA) but never XL.

6' 5"... I dunno. I don't think I know anyone that tall.
I would check out one from http://www.xgaming.com/. All you need is the one stick and just get an adapter for the system you want to use it on. Only thing is they are having an issue with the 360 and M$. Microsoft for the most part wont let them release the adapter.
Their Xbox controller/adapter was a piece of crap, too. There was a noticeable lag between controller movement and onscreen action. And to make matters worse, they knew full well about it and continued to sell it.

Ummm, Im 6'2", average build 150-160, and I cannot fit in a medium. I mean it'll fit, but then its too tight around the arms, my roomate tried to fit me into on of his mediums to prove that I could fit into one, and I ripped one of his armpits XD Also, the length does not fit well either, you can see a bit of flesh poking out, and any movement exposes more XD

Anyways, I like the fit of L, but I've purchased XL when L is not in stock, or when I just want the feel of an XL o_O The length of XL fits me well, but its a bit too wide sometimes.

Then how come, at every event that give away Free T-shirt. Or some T-shirt store, XL are gone First/ faster, while the Large and Medium are left for clearance the most? Almost Everytime, that seem to be the case.

Saying "People who wear XL MUST be fat" is actually what's really completely absurd And Offending. I am NOT fat, and I know other people who wear XL aren't Fat either. The MAJORITY of adults I know wear XL size. Maybe you guys are just Skinny? Either that, or you reallly Prefer to wear something SO tight!?

Well, if you read what I wrote carefully, not once did I say you were fat. I merely said that if your preference is wearing large shirts, then that's that. However, what you actually said was that everyone else must not be an adult (under 18) because we're NOT wearing XL and all adults MUST wear at least XL since that's an adult's size. Whether you meant it that way or not, that's exactly how it came across to me as well as to a few others who posted after I did.

Now, just because everyone you know wears XL or larger and whatever types of events you go to run out of XLs doesn't mean that that's the norm in every single part of the world. Does that mean that in other countries that have an average ADULT weight less than that in America, like places in Europe and Asia, is comprised of adolescents because many don't wear XL? Can you honestly say that's not an absurd claim?

Also, if you buy clothes online or even at stores that have a clearance rack, how often to you see the nicer looking clothes only left with the extreme sizes of XS, XL, and XXL? If XL was an adult size, why don't they rescale the sizing structure and make men's S, M, and L a boys' size and make XL the new mens' S?

This is the second time you've made the statement that you're not fat so perhaps what you said stems from your own defensive issues. Once again, I never said you were fat at all. I'm only saying that what you posted regarding XL sizes is completely baseless and closedminded.

Anyway, let's get this back on topic.

not once did I say you were fat.

That's the Absurd sentence I've an issue with.

Ok, maybe it More really has to do with Preferences than weight and size? Some people I do see wear really really Tight cloths that I think that are just TOO tight on them, but maybe they (like you all) just Prefer it that way, than wear something that is Loose & more comfortable?

It's even more funny that some folks are worried about being "fashionable" with a t-shirt size that has a video game on the front. We're all going to be called nerds regardless. :) So just embrace your nerdness if you are skinny or fat, and get on with it. =P

Come on guys. It's a t-shirt extra. Skinny people shrink the mother fucker. Fat people stretch the fucker. If it fits out of the box, great for you.

I understand wanting it since we are shelling out an extra 20 bucks, but unless they sell CE XXL, XL, L, M, S, XS they aren't going to please everybody.

Honestly I'm going to be more pissed off if the art book ends up being more of a piece of shit full color flyer than an actual book.

Plus, if you really can't wear the XL, sell it on Ebay, I am sure some people will pay at least $10-15 on it!

That said, anyone thinking about selling the PS3's Darth Vader T-shirt on Ebay/Amazon, yes I WILL buy it (No more than $15)!
Anyway, as promised, Pics from the Calendar!

Wow very nice!:applause:

So how do I get this deposit certificate?
Did anyone get the faceplate from Gamecrazy yet?
I went to my local gamecrazy today and they didn't know a thing about the pre-order bonus. I told them it was on their site and they said they'll "look into it"...

I noticed those boxes. How do you cancel exactly? Do you just bring up the reciept and say you dont want it anymore?

For those getting the calender, are you actually hanging in up in your bedroom so that you have some 3d character staring at you for the whole year? Or is it more of just a collectors item that you'll store somewhere?

No. My room mates are 27 and 45, and my dad is 49. None of them wear an XL. They're all fit, and we all exercise routinely. No one I know is apparently fat, like your grown up friends. Then again they aren't all gamers. I'm an "adult" , 6 foot 2, and fit. If I wear a large I'd have all of California laughing at me for apparently thinking I'm so fat I need to go above and beyond my actual shape.
XL is your preference probably, not yours or an adults requirement.
A lot of women are wearing the wrong size bra, maybe you're one of those people.

I don't know where you got your statistics about XL being the size for all you mature ones out there, I always thought shirt size was based on activity level, not age level. Is there some sort of calculator online we can use? Maybe if I input beer-intake it will calculate the correct sizing for us adults.

I think a joke about old people buying the limited edition in the 1st place would be suitable to insert right

OK, alright, lets all Shut up (including myself) about this.... this is the MOST retarded argument ever!

It was WRONG for me to say XL is adults, as it's wrong for somone say you must be Fat to wear XL. BOTH are wrong!
It's Preference, more than weight/size. (You all like it Tight, I love mine Loose) We really don't need to talk about this anymore!

Let's get back to the deals discussion!
