Did you pose that just for me or had you already done a pizza date photo shoot?

Little Caesar's isn't so bad, if you go for the freshly made ones. The ones that are just sitting there, what do they call them, Hot and Ready? THOSE are the absolute worst. I had one and it made me very sick.

On the other hand, we have a Little Caesar's down here in my hometown and it's a complete 180, the bread was awesome and the sauce wasn't so bad. The pie was a bit on the thin side, though.

Little Caesar's used to be great back in the day when they made custom pizzas. Now I still go for the specialty stuff (bacon deep dish, pretzel, etc.).

Has anyone heard anything about whether Overwatch bought via CDkeys.com will get beta access? Thinking about just buying it via blizzard. Don't really care about the extras you get with Origin edition anyway.

May just order from amazon and keep that order. Forgot about the 20% discount with prime. Not sure the $10 difference is worth ordering from sketchykeys.com

I have a feeling it is a game that will be a lot more fun at launch than 6 months down the road. Not to mention being blizzard it will be the same price 6 months down the road.

I swear sometimes I think this thread should be the RichAssGamers who Fakeybro the AAA flavor of the week along with a few nerds who hang around chat 24/7 waiting for a glitch on it so they can go yunobaiwen? thread.

Lets not forget hardware talk, gotta have good hardware so we can fakey the AAA flavor of the month.

Anyone play Banner Saga 2 yet? The first was one of my favorite games from the past few years so looking forward to this a lot. Ended up finding it for $11 on the grey market.

Also to the guys asking about the Steam Link. Ive had one from launch and it's really nice to be able to play on the big screen. I got terrible performance with my PC wireless and the link wired, but I drilled a few holes in my apt floor and ran a cable thought the basement. Performance with both wired is excellent. After running the wire I had to question why I didn't just buy a 100ft hdmi cord and skip the link altogether, but oh well.

Also worth noting the steam link apparently works with the X360 controller adapter, but not the X1 controller adapter.

I've seen it cheaper than $11. However it was pulled from certain store.

Yeah, I'm sure if I wanted to keep hunting I could find it a few bucks cheaper, but $11 works for me. The worst part is I went though my inventory and took the time to list a bunch of crap in case I couldn't find it cheap and ended up buying off Steam.

A bit late, but I don't get people that complain about certain types of pizza. Even the worst pizza is still pizza. Does it have dough sauce and cheese? I will eat it.  fuck off

Oh please, you're a hipster. You guys go for the shittiest shit around. Like PBR in can in a paper bag that's been sitting out all night sipped through a broken straw.

You probably turn your nose up at Totino's for being too gourmet.

Do we need to get the top scientists on this? Tom, PLEASE KEEP US UPDATED ON ALL YOUR POOPS THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD MAY DEPEND UPON IT!

Ardorlea has hit a new low on Steam. Now they're selling almost completed save files of their awful RPGMaker games.

If you want to make a bad game and sell it, then sure, I have no problem with that; it's one game, certain nitrosmob types enjoy them, and the damage is kept to a minimum. But when you start making "savefile DLC" so people won't even have to PLAY your shit game, you are delving into fuckwad territory that will destroy the entire platform. What happens when other publishers start releasing completed game saves as DLC and inundate the Steam store with twice as much useless garbage that shouldn't exist?

Thanks for inviting me to Rocket League last night it was pretty fun.

2lazy to find everyone and thank them for having a fun time

Maybe I'm reading wrong but those seem less like "completed saves" than edited saves to start the game with that give you a big boost (lvl 20 companions, etc). Not much differently than unlock DLC or those DLC from Sleeping Dogs giving you a bunch of money and skill/faction points.

I'm guessing it comes as an edited save file because there's no easy way to inject DLC into the RPG Maker games.

I have virtually no experience with the games though so maybe I'm all wrong.

Idk if it's even worth that tbh
YMMV.

Classic Doom stuff is great + Doom 3 itself is really good.

If you don't have Doom 3+RoE and/or don't have the old classic Doom games - it's easily worth that.

For me - putting all of the Doom series on Steam (which I have had on retail already) = still worth that.

I haven't played the game either, but "savefile" is a trigger word, and once that word is available in a "DLC" title we'll see game saves at the end boss so people don't have to waste time getting all of the characters, weapons, or reading through the story. Why not just make the cut scenes accessible from the main menu and buy some DLC that unlocks them all? Mooby can just watch all of his games on Youtube then.

Save files are not something we need publishers selling as DLC on Steam, regardless of what they may actually unlock.

Anyone try out the Mirror Edge beta? It crashes for me at the beginning cutscene, anyone else get this too?
I just got my key today. It was in my damn spam folder. I was expecting them to just add it to my Origin like every other Origin beta Ive been in. Going to give it a shot once installed and will let you know if I have the same issue.

EDIT: I have another Beta key cause it gave one for a "friend" so if anyone wants one, as long as a. I like you and b. You're a regular, its yours. PM me. Beta runs 2 more days.

It ran fine for me, played for about 45 minutes basically just through the prologue. You may want to update your drivers.

As for impressions:

- Game world is really pretty. Similar to original Mirror's Edge in that its look for the red shit and run.

- Gameplay largely seems similar as well. Played with an XB1 controller. Lots mapped default to LB.

- Negatives are there was quite a bit of screen tearing til I enabled V-sync. Some of the faces seemed "muddy". I was defaulted to high settings. Nothing intrusive or game breaking.

I dunno how deep the beta is, but I enjoyed it and found it engrossing as a game so far. May end up taking a quick trip to Mexico to get it prior to release, but not making that decision yet. I stopped after finishing the prologue and theres apparently a couple of missions available, but I dunno how many.

I still have another beta key if someone wants one. Please see last post for my "rules" to claim it.
