This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

all I want is a good deal on road redemption and hard west. what are the chances of that?
Road Redemption will be like $10 bucks. Hard West will be like 25% off max. You gotta call upon your consolebro powers and hope you can flip xbox credit into best buy credit into gamestop credit into pornhub tokens into mfc tokens into amazon credit into kmart shopyourwayrewards into playfire credit. Sacrifice a chicken so that playfire credit will unexpire. Resurrect the body of the monopoly man so that GetGamesGo will get back into business. Then go to G2A or CDKeys and hope they have a deal on them.

At what point do the cereal boxes come in?
If you don't feel like doing all the clicking on Bing (and I wouldn't bot it because they've been cracking down) you can also use Discovery or Citibank rewards on purchases of Steam cards on Amazon now.

Just saying it's an option we didn't have before and the $2 shipping credit you can use on games is also new.

I was traveling yesterday so I might have missed it, but Cities Skylines After Dark on Amazon for $5.99 seems like a good deal right?  Especially after $2 slowbro shipping credit.

So what was the reason people were saying Dying Light may disappear from Steam?

It looks good and all, just hasn't been discounted enough for me.
I don't think it was disappearing from Steam. There's an expansion coming out that's supposedly going to be free to current Season Pass holders or something.

I'd say so (especially for $4). It's gotten good reviews and seems to add a bit to the game. Cities Skylines is a fun game and really deserves more play time from me than what it's gotten but, you know, I've got supermutants to kill and dinosaurs to tame and shit.

I'm hoping to one day get wealthy and bedridden in some noble way -- perhaps saving millionaire orphans from a terrorist bear -- so I can justify just playing my backlog 24/7 and have someone else finance it.

I ordered two Steam cards on different orders and got $4 in slowbro credit that I used to get After Dark for 2 dolla.

Then I mailed in 34 Sugar Smacks box tops with an SASE to Amazon's Calcutta office.

The seasonal a will be here soon so I'd like it if we could introduce some kind of silly in-joke about something that doesn't actually exist just so we can confuse them a little more. Like "Putinland" only sillier.

Nobody talks about India, although it's feasible as a region to exploit stuff from.

Hmm.

"Make sure you jalfrezi on GTA V. The balti is region-locked"

If anybody needs help with vocabulary I'll post a menu from my local takeaway.

:whee:
This should help with the translation:

I ended up having an extra $1 from before they were offering $2 so I ended up getting it for $2.99.

I decided to get Fallout 3 and New Vegas from Amazon for $2.50 each. Figured I probably won't get to them but not a bad deal.
