Only thing with the Amazon pre-order is they don't give out Steam keys until publishers tells them they can or a preload is available so if you wanted to do this you would be waiting until I received them.

This guy and alot of others need to go back and read the CAG rules about Paypal and gift payment. You CAN NOT require someone to pay you via gifted method. That is only acceptable when buying 4 packs together or other such instances. You also CAN NOT require the buyer to pay the fees for the transactions either. Please, go read the rules again. Here is a link to make it easy for all of you.

That is the biggest crock of shit I have ever read. Why is it CAG's problem? There is no reason to make a rule regarding HOW we trade. Fees and payment is between those involved in the trade and whom they are using as payment (whether it be Paypal, Amazon, etc). CAG has no place being involved in how a trade is completed.

You're using CAG's forum to communicate. They're allowed to impliment whatever rules they want - while you use their website/forums.

It's technically against paypal's terms of use, so CAG needs to follow that TOS in order to avoid backlash from paypal.

That being said, pretty much everyone knows that most of the traders here use the gift option. People just need to stop making it so damn obvious though, and demanding it in public posts.

Take it up in PM, or email, or Steam/PSN/XBL chat.

I do agree with Spyder in the sense that, if people continue to make it so obvious they risk a Trading/Ban, and if PP catches on, the website shutting down threads like these.

But not this. Highly doubt it. Digital delivery isn't even covered under Paypal's protection plan. Neither side is during the sale. That and if you're not paying tax on the item in question, don't give me some bullshit about Paypal's User agreement.
