No problem. I'm really not worried about the money as much as him pulling this on others. I knew better but had a lapse in judgement. Use my mistake as a learning experience.
 
Sucks about the scammer, but don't go first when the other guy has 1 feedback... If someone has less feedback and refusesto go first, just walk away.

Yeah I get what you mean. I think you managed to nip it in the bud pretty quick on here so I don't think he'll be trading with anyone else anytime soon. But shit like this happens sometimes. Especially when you have a community like CAG where everyone's open and honest (at least the ones I've dealt with), you sometimes forget that there could be someone on here out to try and pull a fast one.

So yeah, bit of a wake up call really and hopefully others reading this thread will learn too :)

Yeah, I guess since it isn't so well known, there aren't as many scammers here. I've tried trading on reddit, but so many people are shady. The feedback here has more weight to me. But that doesn't have as much to do with it as this being a relatively unknown forum. Which is ok for me.
