I'd bet that the Captain Phillips one will drop to $22.99 - $24.99 by release date, since it's not a 3D release.  Might be $19.99, though I'd be shocked if it dropped below $22.99.

The one for Justice League: War is probably not going to move much at Target.  At $18.49, it's not likely to move, and if it did, I don't see it going below $16.99.    When Elyisum released, it was $22.99 in-store (before 5% Cartwheel coupon) and showing $26.99 online.

Hopefully that blue bar is just a paper cover or something.

Also hope it's better than the last few DCU movies so I won't be tempted to sell it on eBay.

Gotcha. I went back and did my returns on my $15 copies and bought my $10 copies right after Xmas where they offered a $15 GC with a $100 purchase.

Wanted to make sure I had the right ones in mind.

Either they are putting a title slip outside the case, or that's the back cover.

Either way, still looks nice. Way better than what happened to Great Gatsby.

Was looking through the list above and had no idea the live-action Rurouni Kenshin was getting a steel. Looks damn nice.

I think my best buy pulled all of those steelbook as they had quite a few left at the end of last week but now there are none in store. I'm guessing it's similar to what Walmart did with all their WB steelbook inventory.

 
Watch Dogs CE comes with a Steelbook whenever that comes out.

My bad on Dark Souls 2, didn't read the GS sign close enough.

All preorders of Dark Souls II get a metal case (I think it's a metalpak but from the pics you can tell it's not a steelbook.

Best Buy isn't confirmed, since it's nowhere on the product pages. There's DLC listed as a pre-order bonus, though no steelbook.

It was only found on an old picture from an old @Gamer magazine. Target, yes, that's confirmed from the signage that's been pictured in-store.

 
I wish I could buy just the steels. Those Pixar steelbooks are nice.

Also, it's really weird seeing The Cancellation Bear in this thread.

 
According to my steelbook website best buy may be having steelbooks for Thor: the dark world, hunger games: catching fire, original hunger games, and disney's frozen!!!

Ahhh A steelbook for Frozen would be nice.... The one for thor 2, I dunno... would look awkward to have all my marvel movies standard cased and have T2 Steelbook.  I already have Avengers steelbook so I might wait out for Avengers 2 to be steelbook when it comes.

The link to the one for Frozen was mentioned previously in this thread (by me) as a possible SB, though the one for Thor is new. That one is showing as no longer available, so we'll have to wait a little closer to 02/25/14 to see about the Thor DW steelbook.

I might be in the minority, but I don't like my steelbooks to have the actors. Guess I'll go with the more common Catching Fire one.

 
It's more of a case by case basis with me. For example, I absolutely love the Incredible Hulk Universal 100th Steelbook. However, there are others where it doesn't work as well as the symbol, like Hellboy. The DVD Steelbook is far, far better than either Blu-ray Steels.

My biggest pet peeve is actor names. I despise having actor names scrawled on the Steelbook. IMO, it's ruined every Batman Steelbook (sans the animated ones) so far
