I was looking into these, and when I was young, I got monsters of some kind. I hada blue one that resembled a ghost, but something around his neck gave him the "ice" element...does anyone remember what they were called??

ive seen him, thats not him...im having no luck

VacMan was a close match...but the one i'm looking for was blue and was shaped more like a ghost

It was the Vac-Pack. They were smaller versions of VacMan that came with all kinds of stuff. I used to have the Vac-Pack Factory where you could change out their weapons and heads and stuff.
I'd attach a pic, but I can't seem to find anything about them online, but I'm positive that's what he is. They were like Vac-Man's funky henchmen. The blue one and the red one had a ghost tail, the purple one had no legs at all, and the yellow and orange guys had 2 legs i think.
