I have a feeling this post is going to get blasted, but I don't really care.
We have a problem with the justice system when someone is willing to ingest cocaine to save someone else from the three strikes law. And for those that don't know, which is probably almost all of you, the three strikes law was crafted by the private prison lobby to make sure they have a steady stream of inmates to make money off of from the state.
Beyond having private prisons that treat inmates with cruel and unusual punishment, the only benefit to these prisons is paying guards shitty wages because they cost more run than government facilities because all the money shoots all the way up to the corporate officers that run them.
This is less about how "stupid" the suspects were and more about the exteme acts one would go through to avoid life in prison because of how

ed up the justice system is.
Sitting in a pool with an electic grill that's plugged into an extention cord is Darwin Awards worthy; this is not.
Um I don't agree with private prisons but its his own fault for selling drugs yet again, and telling his younger brother who he should be looking out for to eat the drugs for him. He could have stopped selling drugs or just eaten the stuff himself. I have no sympathy for this scumbag.
