Exclusive content should not factor into a price match (unless there's a standard version and a Target-exclusive version...which I can't even think of a time when existed). So, no, that seems wrong to me.

It is sold by a third party so it might not work. If the customer rep allows it to slide you could easily make your own listings and just make out with a lot of stuff. Then again it doesn't seem right.
