Can anyone tell me what the hell is the difference between a rainbow crown or a flag at the map screen?

I'm wondering the same.

Is there anything to do with coins other than play the launcher game? I just wasted 200+ coins on that. I'd also like to know if there's a place you can see what percent of trophies and stickers you have (I wish you could trade them online). I love collectible crap like that.

The crown means everything was found, while the flag means you missed some stuff. (Pretty sure that's how it goes. The Dojo talks about it.)

Vinny and I just went through 7-10 rounds online. Fantastic! No lag and definitely lots of fun trying out the new characters.

I love the launcher as well, but it's tough for me to get all of the enemies without wasting a bunch of ammo. It's almost not worth it to shoot all my coins at the enemies for stickers. :/

Are stickers or trophies tradeable online?

Damn... Online feels so much different than just playing the computer. That was a nice little session, even though I don't really know who I was just playing with.

But, by shooting at the enemies, you build up that green bar, it seems. Once that fills, you get rapid fire and trophies start coming out like crazy for a short time.

I don't think they're tradeable though.

Yeah it does. It's a shame it's such a mess as far as menus, arranging games, adding friends...well, everything about it is a mess except the actual gameplay. :lol:

Pretty sure the Flag in the SSE means you got all of the trophies and the crown means there are still some that you missed... but Im probably wrong :)
 
Has anyone else noticed that after the system update that the weather and news channels work if you are not using Connect24? I keep my system off (not standby) because of heat issues but it always disabled those two channels. System update FTW?
 
Was this part of the game scrapped? I can't find it anywhere.

I got my green bar filled, but I think I missed the rapid fire... maybe I didn't notice? What would be the benefit on that? Wouldn't it just suck up your coins more?

Gotta go play SSE more to build up coins!
 
Gah this is such a mess, who should i add? Its not like im chums with any CAGS here really, its much easier with XBL and the clantags :/ I am on for any match tonight, let me know if u'd like to add me. Actually, im up for everynight and weekends for along time. EST here.

Maybe, I was wrong. They shoot out a bit faster, or at least it feels like they do, but you can't hold the button down or anything.

It seems like it gets harder as you get more trophies you get or something because I just got 5 missiles to come out at once, and that's never happened before. It was intense.
 
Thanks for the help. I feel my intelligence has been deteriorating since I went to that site everyday and didn't know the info. Also, how do I get Snake in SSE. I saw him in the introduction to one of the levels but didn't get him. Who am I supposed to keep alive?

Yeah, gg's although I suck big time. A blast though. We didn't have any lag at all, very fun stuff.

Online is very easy to get in and play, just add friends, and finda game or start one, and play. This was my first foray into wii online of any kind and I figured it out very quickly. If you can't find a game, or are complaining that you can't play online, add as many people as you can find on here, someone is bound to be on...

Doesn't work for shit today, but I can spectate as much as I want.

I actually like spectating.


And the last thing I'd call the little shooter game is 'intense'.
After my friends left I had a few thousand coins so I built up my trophy collection. Kinda nice, better than the slot machine.
