You only need their Brawl FC...you don't need their Wii console FC.

If it still says "Awaiting Registration" it means you are not currently connected with them. If it says anything else, they are on your list for good (could be blank/offline/online status, etc.).

And the dot is the quality of the game you played with that person; laggy matches get a worse color (the colors are in the manual).

They drop stickers more than anything else. But yes, you also get CDs, but at a much slower rate.

As a means to do this, I try to use my taunts - I have 1 saying "Last Game" and another saying "Nice!" I helps me feel less guilty if I'm hosting and then need to leave.

It does suck when I'm trying to say Last Game and I get smacked around though

What that video failed to mention is that you'll need to turn off all items except for sandbags, so be sure you don't forget to do that if you try this method.
 
Yeah that video is done using 4 Wavebird receivers all set to the same Wavebird. It can also be done with a single controller, but it's just a slower process to collect them all.

Anyone know how many hammers you get for challenges total? I currently have 4 and was wondering if I'd get more.

But as this was my second repair, they overnighted it.

Both times, it takes 3 business days from the date they get it, to when they send it out.

Their regular shipping is about 3 days.
 
So last night when I jumped into Lilboo's game, someone sent me a friend request from in the game...howd they do that?

Or was it that they added me, and I hadn't added them yet?

Also, I went to send a picture to someone, and it says I have XX amount of points left. Can someone explain what that means?

Wait.. I thought that didn't work? I could be wrong because its been awhile since I've had 2 wavebirds around but I could have sworn setting it to the same channel didn't do anything.

If I'm not mistaken you can send a Friend request to somebody you played with and you have at least on their friends in the game on your list. How you do it I do not know.

I am playing SSE mode right now and I am having trouble finding some of the trophies is there some that only show up on harder levels? And on a side note I still have room for people on my friends list so my info is in my sig. :)
 
Man, I'm having a hard time against slow, hard hitting characters. Against the computer they aren't too bad at level 5 (working my way up), but when I play actual people, characters like Ike destroy me as Samus or Toon Link. I've tried hit and run tactics, but then the person is able to just rack up kills against the computer opponents. I am usually well ahead in the damage done department, but since KOs determine victories, I'm usually 2nd all the time.

I think things like Green Hill Zone where you HAVE to unlock sonic before you can get it. Same with Flat Zone 2 and Mr G&W

anyone know how to change th rules to stock during games.
that was a great finish for me lol

EDIT: Is there a way to play stock battles online?
 
Any suggestions on what to use your hammers on? What challenges are wicked hard?

On a side note, I was able to get the 1500ft home run challenge last night. I never got that on the gamecube.

Watch the replay in the vault to see Lucas get over 2500+ feet.

Thanks for the games! It was my first online battle with friends, so I'm glad it went well and the connection was great. You're a pretty even match for me. Our fights were all close. (Unless you were holding back.)

That was SDP using Pikachu. It was bad fighting Pikachu at first, but then I got better at dodging and counterattacking. If you have a character who can counter projectiles versus Pikachu, your odds are much better though.

I believe you can do coin, stock, or time battles. I think you have to be the one to create the room though and change the options in the upper right corner of the character select screen.
 
The hardest part is the Hand.
Is there a real stragety for him? I just do the usual jump and down A attacks with most characters.

Hate that crap.

Lucky you. Took me four tries to beat him since the first two times he got the smash and the third time he got a hammer and I was unable to dodge it quick enough since I also ran towards it.

I went Easy -> Normal (Twice) -> Hard -> Very Hard and I had all of the target challenges without playing Very Hard twice or Intense once. So I'm thinking that the first 'play' will unlock all the ones on that difficulty and lower and the next one will unlock the next highest difficulty. Though I can't check that unless I erase my data or something and like hell I'm doing that. Oh well, it's not that important.
