Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Gen. Discussion & Info

GGs Jack and Joe again. I know that down A move is coming Jack, but I can't seem to avoid it. It looks like I keep falling for that Down smash. :roll:
 
Good games Janet, Strell, and Rig. Shuva Cru friendlies FTW. I had to leave to get my K.K. song for tonight.

I also really need to start figuring out who my better characters in Brawl are.
 
I know I didn't win the match, but a DK buttstomp into 2 eliminations is a moral victory any day.

GGs Rig, Janet, and fellow Shuvva Krooo membah.

I had a good one with Mario right at the end. It was fun!

Time to TT to get a KK song. :p

Zitanix and I agree that there are many times you'll feel like it's impossible to win when you use Samus :whistle2:(
 
The only thing I can imagine doing with Samus is to constantly shoot missles, sending out a barrage of the seekers and trying to nail with a charge shot when they are jumping around.

That and her nair - which my friends and I affectionately refer to as NUTS! - is very powerful. Strong downA works well too.

She needs to be a little faster though.
 
I want to play like, right now. But everytime i tried to join the games it kicked me out due to some random error code.

Time to see if I fixed it :/ Somebody be my test subject, if it connects... I will feel stupid.

Edit: dyeknom, that lag was ATROCIOUS and my connection was perfectly fine yesterday. Anyways, good game.

I wish my connection was real and programmed to feel pain, and then had an ass I could kick.

Regardless, good games Blue/Joe/Dmunkee. The headache was somewhat worth it.
 
Not too good on my end. I had to adjust to the input lag, which I never really did. Suicides galore :lol:

I need to TT to ....earlier today and play AC, check prices and nooks and all that, and then put the time right, so I'm probably all brawl'd out for the time being.
 
Thanks for the games guys! I'm SOOO embarrassed that Yoshi (Yoshi! of all characters) got gimped twice by Ike. That was just gross.

I had to go get some food, but I may be back on later (read: I'm a slave).

GGs Fallmoon, Marc, dmunkee, and Fallmoon's brother. Those were some solid matches. Although I didn't really appreciate the 'fa##ot' word being spread across my TV every two minutes, Fallmoon is too good not to play against.
 
Yeah GGs everyone. Why did it seem like lag minimized when we played FFAs whereas there was noticeable lag in 1-on-1s against FallMoon? :whistle2:k

That was my first Brawl encounter with Fallmoon. Good Lordy she knows how to emasculate a fella.

Blue, your Olimar gets better everytime we play. Your defense was spot on, I couldn't touch him with Pit tonight.
 
Wow - that was the most fun of Smash in recent memory.

Great games Dmunkee/Janet/Fallmoon! Fall is definitely one to practice up against.

Hilarious games after Fall left also, especially the one where I was trying to kill someone with Sonic's spring. This did not come to pass. :]

There were a lot of other funny moments, but I can't really remember them at the moment. I know I saved one replay though. :D
 
Those games were nuts! I was nodding off a few times during those last few, I remember waking up seeing stereo taunts. And poor Daisy was Bowsercided 2 games in a row :lol:

Played way too much today, but I couldn't leave Strell hangin' especially after we FINALLY connected. Good games everyone!
 
THAT was it. I had Bowser and I'd had a stupid death early in the match, and by the time you two were down to 1 stock I was over 90%, and Daisy was right there on the edge and I just couldn't resist. This is what prompted me to be silly for the remaining matches - always doing 3D's upB, running around with Sonic, crawling with Snake and firing Nikitas, etc.

D, we could tell you were phasing in and out. All of a sudden you wouldn't be moving and we'd sort of sit there just watching while taunting. :]

What a fantastic game. I just love the amount of insanity that can happen.
