Picked up Stardew and Megaman for $5.98 each. Also NHL 17 and Micro Machines for $8.98. Time to return the $9.98 copy of Stardew...
They also had quite a few copies of Battlefront Ultimate Edition and Sniper Elite 4 for $11.98. No FFII afternoon though, which is why I went to this 4th Target in a week.

I picked up Resident Evil Revelations XBO 5.98 Inside/Limbo XBO 8.98 and Megaman Legacy 2 9.98 PS4.

I'll probably go back when the rest of the stuff drops; almost all the targets in my area have these games in the back, instead of marked on the floor. Always make sure to ask them to check the back room!

Local Targets still show FFXII as $25 and pretty much everything else has been cleaned out aside from multiple copies of Syberia 3. I'm going to keep an eye on XII and brick seek to see if the price drops down to $15 but am not going to hold my breath on it.

I managed to get the last FF XII steelbook at the South Loop Target in Chicago. It rung up for $14.98 even though it has the $24.98 yellow sticker on it. I'm so done. My wallet is popped.

Brickseek showed limited stock of Ocarina of Time for $9.98, it wasn't there but picked up GoW III $9.98, Megaman Legacy Collection 2 $9.98, Yakuza Kiwami steelbook $14.98, Rise of the Tomb Raider 20th Anniversary Ed. $19.98.  Not great, not bad.

First time I've gotten a Target Clearance find in about a year.

I went by today and they put all those old 3DS Selects in the endcap case. Guess they are finally cutting down the 3DS section to make room for Switch stuff.

Depends on what method, it does not cost $3.80 to ship out an item under 5oz. I just sold something on ebay it was about $2.60 from NY to CA for a 4 oz packaging (1st class).

Just reuse your old envelopes from Amazon, bestbuy, etc or other games shipped in those envelopes in the Holidays. I feel like people are expecting too much for a game shipped on here.

A Steelbook should never be shipped in an envelope. The $3.80 for shipping is correct if a box is used.

Except the steelbook weighs almost 7 ounces without the envelope. But even if you subtract $1.20 from the shipping (which you can't because it costs more to ship) it's still 20.02 if you use HeroOfTime88's calculations. And you're not even accounting for time and effort to purchase and mail it. Most people I see would offer at least $5-10 extra for the trouble.

I shipped in a envelope and I paid $3.8 I have the receipt saying I shipped to CA from NV and the weight was 9.20

I can show proof

How are guys getting such cheap shipping? A ups store wanted $7 for me to ship a steelbook anywhere in the US.
i figured out that most employees at usps , ups, ect , won't care enough to find you the best price on shipping for your item & will only recommend the first thing they see on screen.
you are better off doing your own research on what's the best price for your shipping needs.

seeing ff12 holding at $25 by me. i hope it hits $15, i don't like the cover art on the standard version .

The artwork is reversible, here's what you get when you flip it around

Not saying you don’t have a point but you make too many assumptions on things people “might” have....I honestly think the fairer price to offer would be $25 seeing as how it’s going for like $40+ on eBay right now and can’t be found in store everywhere.

Found Stardew for $5.00 at my Target yesterday. Though I’m sure it was a mistake. But that’s what the sticker said.

I suppose that's true. But even with $1.20 for an envelope (Which I personally feel is ridiculous given you can buy a whole box of them for like $6) you're talking about worst case, losing 6 cents. But Paypal also takes like 4% now or something in fees... so yeah, $25 shipped is way more reasonable.

My point is more that, as a cheapass, you could be saving more money by buying postage online and having them pick up the package at your house.

Get the fuck outta here with all this nonsense.

Even if you go through all these hoops, no one's gonna go out of their way to send you a copy of FFXII to make a $1.18 profit.

Damn right. If they want the deal, they should do the legwork.

Anything under a pound is cheaper to ship USPS. Anything small and heavy is usually cheaper to ship Priority Mail flat rate, especially if you factor in the free insurance.

Also, I can't have USPS come pick up packages. I do have blue boxes that fit 8x6x3 boxes nearby though. But that's still 20 minutes round trip walking, minimum.

Also, WTB FFXII steelbook edition new, shipped in a box, for $19, so I can list it on eBay myself.

Went to local target and turns out yooka-Laylee scanned 4.54$, kings quest 2.24. brickSeek showed out of stock.

It is $5 at some stores but ymmv even with stores close to each other. I probably would've jumped on that since they should match the sticker price anyhow.

If you want someone to get you a deal like the FF12 steelbook then do some begging.

I don't know what's up with this whole "I'll take xxxx for $20 shipped" business.  That isn't asking nicely.

Would anybody like to convince me to get Stardew Valley? My Target has one last copy of it for $5.98, saw it, but couldn't pull the trigger because I have no idea what it's about (a farming sim? So like Minecraft? kinda? The sprites remind me of Pokemon games, you can romance people?) or whether I'll even like it. I have watched videos and read articles, but 'm still not sure. If only there was a...place...where I could....demo...it. I definitely know it's a good deal, but what point is there if I'm not sure about what I'm even buying? I'll pass by the Target tomorrow and if it's still there, I'll probably get it.

I found Yooka-Laylee, it was the last copy but when I tried to check its price, it had been removed from the system but it had a clearance sticker of 15.98 or something.. I was like "welp, let's try my luck" and when he scanned it, he was really confused and just put the price on the sticker, but this other dude who was next to him checked on his device, and when I was about to pay, he stopped the transaction saying that the last price for the game had been 8.xx lol so he re-scanned everything and boom. I also found killzone shadow fall and inside/limbo for the same price ($15)

It's basically a copy of Harvest Moon, but it has a zen quality which makes it almost relaxing to play after a hard day's work. There are objectives which you can follow or completely ignore. One of the few games that I put dozens of hours into on the Xbox One this year. Well worth $6.

This will sound at the beginning like a “Woe is me!” story, but it’s actually a CAG story! So my wife’s family and I were some of the 150,000 evacuees of the Creek Fire in Sylmar, CA that started burning on Tuesday morning: the police came at 5am and we were escorted out at 5:30am due to the proximity of one of the larger spot fires (the main fire was a few miles further southeast of us). Thankfully, the order was lifted today and we were allowed to return home with no damage to our house other than terrible smoke odors and lots of ashes covering everything. As I was coming home from work, my wife asks me to stop by Target to pick up some Febreeze to spray on our clothes and other things. The Target in Van Nuys, CA is right off the freeway I take going home, so I swing by, grab the Febreeze and head straight to the electronics clearance end cap to search for goodies. After a bit of digging, I found copies of Bulletstorm, MXGP 3, Outlast Trinity, Redout, Micro Machines, Star Trek Bridge Crew and Stardew Valley all at the 70% off mark. Combined that with the 20% off coupon I got for Black Friday and I paid just over $70 for all seven games...and the Febreeze. [emoji4]

No more steel book versions of FFXII at my local Target. All they have is the regular edition and all are $25. Meh, don't want it that bad.

I got Stardew Valley. I made a mistake. I thought I had read the price as $5.98, but it was $9.98. Another store had it for 6, but they ran out.

Sure thing $15 + $34.99 associated costs, special deal for you my friend.

All joking aside, you seriously can't expect someone to lose money scavenging Target for you. GTFO with that shit. We work hard to find deals for ourselves here, don't expect free handouts.
