You know, debit cards also have protection against fraud due to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. Legally the protection between credit cards and debit cards is different, but both have it and the differences aren't that big. CC has a max liability on fraud charges of $50, debit card it's $500 (but that's if the actual card is stolen and you wait two months to report it). If your debit card number is stolen and you tell the bank within 60 days of the first statement showing a fraudulent charge, you have a liability of $0. Most banks are also quite keen to resolve fraud investigations quickly if reported quickly, because they want to keep accounts instead of losing them to a competitor. So is she strictly cash and checks? Does she use debit card? Another reason to use a credit card is she's protected from fraudulent purchases. If her debit card is compromised, it's very difficult to get your money back.
Wasn't a steelbook, but I found CFB marked at 29.99, rang up 17.99, and then got the extra 10% from the circle sale today. That was sweet.Found a Catherine Full Body steelbook for $17.99.
Damn, none of my locations near me have this in stockWasn't a steelbook, but I found CFB marked at 29.99, rang up 17.99, and then got the extra 10% from the circle sale today. That was sweet.
I've seen Target clearance out wines and whiskeys while Walmart clearances vodka. It's weird.
Thanks. I grabbed one of the $39.99 kits with the black case today along with the Raspberry Pi power switch for $4.49. There were plenty left since Target isn't exactly the place where people go to shop for those kinds of kits.I noticed the other day that some Target stores are putting PI3B+ kits on 50% off clearance:

I have that exact model of Motorola G7 that I bought from Walmart when they had it on sale for 80 bucks last year. I'm using it right now and it works just fine for what it is.
Edit: No luck at my store even though Brickseek indicated it was in stock (along with their website.)
Did you go to Guest Services and ask them if they had it there? I would go there and mention to them that their own website says they have units in stock and usually they send someone in the back to look for it.I'm looking for cheap phones for my parents, so that G7 Play might work well for getting them something to throw on our Fi account.

can the g7 handle xcloud?Cool I might have to pick up a G7 for Xcloud.
I watched an employee scan the tag for the item with their scanner and saw that a quantity of 0 came up on the device. It's a bummer, because we have a 13 year old with a borked Pixel that needs to be replaced. Oh, well. Something will come up again soon. Thanks again to everyone who has posted.Did you go to Guest Services and ask them if they had it there? If it helps any, was at the Lynnwood, WA location, There was one other bottle there on last Saturday.
Thanks. Got the G7. Was able to use the 10% off electronics coupon as well. Pretty decent phone for that priceRisk of Rain 2 ps4 - $14.99 - https://brickseek.com/target-inventory-checker?sku=207-34-3725

Yep, it's been that for a long time now and in the Nintendo landscape at least it's like the only notable thing I've actually seen discounted there since their last game clearance back in like January. The stores I've been to since have a mix of various older (no longer on the planogram) games just sitting on an endcap collecting dust at full price. One of the associates at my local store told me that there is going to be an overhaul of the electronics department this month so hopefully they start putting some more things on clearance. Not sure if this has been posted already but all of my local Targets have/had Rayman Legends (Switch) for $11.99. Other than that, pretty much a dud as far as video games go.
Saw this the other day too and totally forgot about it. My local store had the Anker Powercore 13400 Nintendo Switch Edition at 70% off for $20.99:Nintendo Switch branded Anker power banks 70% off! Some time ago I bought the comparable Anker one that wasn't Switch branded because it came with a charger for it, and the switch branded one doesn't. But now that I have a charger I just bought the Switch branded one for a 2nd one. These are great! I always use them on my Switch and my phone. Replaced my normal charger because I hate being plugged into the wall. Now I have a 2nd when one needs to be charged up, but I'll keep one on my desk and one next to my bed and just charge one when needed
Edit: I almost bought one last week when I went and seen they where 50% off. Then went back this morning planning on buying one but they where 70% off instead. Plus the extra 10% off electronics coupon worked on it
Thanks for the links. I'm contemplating going back for a 3rd smaller one. Both of mine are the 20,100 now.Saw this the other day too and totally forgot about it. My local store had the Anker Powercore 13400 Nintendo Switch Edition at 70% off for $20.99:

Here's the link for the Powercore 20100 Nintendo Switch model as well but stores around here don't seem to carry it anymore so I have not seen it:

Sell me on these please, and what exactly makes these Switch units? Thanks for the links. I'm contemplating going back for a 3rd smaller one. Both of mine are the 20,100 now.
I haven't worked there in about 8 months, but, last I remember, scanning it would show a $0.00 and then have the last price in parentheses next to it. I'd have no problem quoting them that price.I remember a few years ago Target employees being able to look up the price history of an item on their scanner. So whenever I tried to return/rebuy an item and it would be out of the system in that store. I would tell them what price they had it last and they'd look it up on the scanner and see the last price it had was indeed what I told them. Now either most of the employees are new and don't know how to do that or their scanner apps changed and they can't do that anymore.
same reason as anything else, portability my friend. Was all set to buy a portable battery source but then I saw this, so now I'm a bit unsure..It can probably power a Pi, but why would you use a battery to power a Pi? It'll run out of juice at some point, let's say days.
It should be able to charge your phone, your controllers, whatever else?
Nice haul. Out of stock for me within 100 miles. Not sure if this was posted yet, but throwing it out there.
The Anker outputs at 24W I believe. This generic is 18W.same reason as anything else, portability my friend. Was all set to buy a portable battery source but then I saw this, so now I'm a bit unsure..
Generic off brand Portable Power Bank, 25000mAh - LINK
Or this Nintendo Switch PowerCore 20100 - Link
Sure the off brand has more power, 25000, and digital read out...but its "off brand" right? V/S the Anker Powercore.... which is even certified to work with Nintendo Switch..
Decisions, decisions..
any and all input welcome..

That's very interesting because I distinctly remember a few years ago asking a couple people for the price on clearance items that were still on the floor but wouldn't scan. They scanned the items with their Zebra scanner and yes just like you said the price would come up 0.00 but then they'd press a button and it'd give them basically a timeline of prices. Maybe it was a manager thing because one of the people I asked was a lady who happened to be a manager.I haven't worked there in about 8 months, but, last I remember, scanning it would show a $0.00 and then have the last price in parentheses next to it. I'd have no problem quoting them that price.
If it was $0.00 and then had $0.00 in parentheses next to it, I'd say either 50 percent or 70 percent off the list price (which is also listed).
Asking to talk to an ETL about it will generally result in the ETL not caring and honoring the 70 percent off
But, I started there in 2008, so, I learned a lot of tricks that the new people probably don't know.
It's an electronics team lead. I had that job for a couple years back in 2006, and yes, it's a supervisor role for the electronics employees. Electronics employees didn't rotate departments, so I always had the same crew. What the hell is an ETL at Target? The only things I know are that most stores just have a CSM that acts more as a supervisory role for regular associates, and the data analyst Extract, Transform, Load procedure.
Speaking of computers: any brickseek members-only clearance for hard drives or fans?
