Did you ever find that August OXM demo disc, buddy? :)

I looked around a bit today and it might be gone :(...I'm going to clean up and rearrange the room in a few days, I'll see if it turns up. I think my son must have grabbed it and threw it somewhere.

EDIT: I think it's just L4D H3llbring3r.

I'm kind of not excited at all for Left 4 Dead 2. Playing with randoms sucked and after a while it just become monotonous.

Well, guess I'm going to have to go see This Is It. Didn't realize it was dated yet. Figured it had to come out before year's end, though.

 @ Puma not being able to type straight.

If he isn't just faking it. Anyway, I need to be up in 5 hours and I have been awake for 22 hours now, so bed time.
I've wondered the exact same thing.

And people do legit call and ask any-and-everything.

My favorite is this ancient woman who calls every year, and asks me about Mars. (I think it's Mars - whichever planet is visible this time of year.)

She'll call, absolutely terrified, asking me if it's a stealth bomber.

Ancient Woman: I called my son, and he said it might be a stealth bomber..! Is it a stealth bomber..!?

Me: ... Stealth bombers are called 'stealth bombers' because they're stealth - meaning that you cannot see them.

Ancient Woman: Is it a UFO, then..!?

And then when I explain to her that it's a planet, she acts like it's the most far-out bullshit she's ever heard, being able to see a planet from Earth... even though she just asked me if it was a UFO.
If the above is true, it is fucking hilarious.
My '94 Taurus was the worst car I've ever heard of.
Of the four people I now know of who owned one (myself included), I've never heard anyone say anything good about the '94 Taurus.

Mine I bought used in HS. Forest green, four door. Not nearly as horrible as my first car, the 1984 Ford Tempo sedan. I paid $500 for it from a little old man - push button AM/FM radio, totally sketchy back doors that didn't want to stay closed, and a barely cooperative heater in the winter. fuck that car.

Gaslight Anthem were pretty solid last night. Murder By Death, not so much.
Mr Shoop - you need to relax. Try surfing or taking Wondermutt for a walk.
Euthanized his punk ass.

And my surfboard is all fucked.

Why do you think I'm so stressed?!
i got some real sausage you can eat.
i guess that means you dont wanna go apple picking this afternoon :whistle2:#

Read some consumer reviews for the '94 Taurus - funny stuff.

I think the two I drove were like a 1990 and 1993 wagons. Generally speaking, I hated those cars. Whichever was the one my grandma had was better... then again, the one my parents had... well you know what they say about the shoemaker's kids.

I hate that Metallica comes out to my favorite Ennio Morricone piece.

Doesn't the 80s guy lose all of the company's money?

I think what scaring me the most is I need 1,100.00/month and right now (until I pick up more work) I'm making 200.00 less than that.

...$900/month is a pretty nice paycheck.

Edit: I definitely read that as week for some reason and though you were nuts.

Do I wanna go see Brak's favorite band next month? :whistle2:k

I've heard Carnivus once and thought it was pretty good. Plus, it's not like a whole lot of good acts come through here.

Not when you're worrying about rent, car payment, health insurance, train, food, gas and a phone bill. Luckily, I tried to bank as much as I could for the past 3 years, but I've had to dip into my account before, which scares the hell out of me.

Saw your edit, I wish it was 900/week
