Syriana - it's kind of hard to follow, but all in all not bad at all. I'll probably watch it again in the near future and see if my opinion changes any.

Mindhunters - sure, the acting isn't great and the movie does go downhill towards the end, but it's still pretty entertaining.

Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas. An absolute landmark in film. Watching it drunk and having flashbacks to an old trip was the best experience ever.

Butterfly Effect - it was odd seeing Aston Kutcher not play his stereotypical douchebag role. He was great and the movie was simply superb.

Dead End - Suprisingly Good Movie
Pride & Prejudice - Wife enjoyed it a lot, it was ok...Keira Knightly is good ;)
Hills Have Eyes (original) - Very Enjoyable.

A few more:
Ultraviolet - Average at best, nothing too great about this
Failure To Launch - Enjoyable
16 Blocks - Good film, enjoyable
Dirty (Cuba Gooding Jr) - Ok film, nothing great about it.....ok if you are into COP movies.
The Ringer - Horrible movie....and I enjoy Johnny Knoxville.

Superman Returns - first hour was ok then it just started to drag from then on but I have to give props to the actor who played superman he looked and acted just like christopher reeves

Syriana- Pretty good even though I didnt understand it all...like
Why George Clooney was chasing the people at the end before he was killed

Domino-Meh...it was ok but its forgettable.

Eight Days a Week - Watched it on comedy central at about 3 am this morning. I enjoyed it through and through but I am one for the hopeless romantic type movies.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - I don't know why everyone is bashing this movie I thought it was great. I know the length is a little on the long side but I thought it was pretty good if not better then the first.

Just saw a straight to video horror movie Population 436 (IMDB link). It's an ok mystery/thriller/horror, about a small remote town that has the same population, 436 residents, for the past 100 years. And a census taker is sent to investigate the town and soon finds out the horror within. Familiar storyline and theme but not bad for straight to video horror flick.

The Hills Have Eyes (new one) - Good movie. Some of it stayed pretty close to the original, then end was a bit different. I really enjoyed it though....good movie.

Me and the wife watched it last weekend and thought it was really good (a little long maybe).

Night Watch - Meh

Just saw The Descent, frickin' crazy movie. i was just talking about cave... sperlonking or whatever the heck its called, and how much it scared the crap out of me.... then what do you know! a frickin horror movie about it.

Awesome movie, but i think they showed the creatures way too much. if they just would've shown shadows/odd images it would've been way more intense to me.

I hear when its released in america theres going to be a new ending so i dont know how thats going to be. The ending in the original is very well done.

Little Miss Sunshine. They had a free screening last night at a local drive-in. Good movie, nice mix of drama and comedy.

She's The Man - 4/10
It was funny how ridiculously stupid Amanda Byne's performance was, and David Cross was pretty funny, but the rest was just horrible.

Final Destination 3 - 7/10
Eh, not nearly as good as the second, slightly better than the first. Still pretty cool though.

Last couple:
-Benchwarmers - The movie was funny, but got a bit slow at times. Worth a rental
-Final Destination 3 - I enjoyed the movie, a good pop-corn flick. Watchable
-The Great Raid - A decent war movie. It kept me intrigued, so I would recommend it.

Nice.

Saw Clerks II on Monday. Gonna try to catch Miami Vice Sunday, or so...

Hope to receive V for Vendetta next Tuesday, providing Netflix is on top of things with their shipping...

Apparently, you can only keep 500 movies in your Q. I suppose I should kick it into high gear and start watching some of these.:D

Battle Royale and The Final Destination Trilogy. I can't believe I had never seen the Final Destination movies before now. They are just so much fun. Also, to balance out all of the blood and gore I also watched the Mighty Ducks Trilogy and Hook.

Just got finished watching General Idi Amin Dada: A Self Portrait. It was an amazing documentary. I reccommend it to all, especially those interested in the following: Dictators, crocodiles, madmen, and accordions.

Watched BASIC INSTINCT 2 - that was pretty bad. Sex scenes were average at best, the story was pretty poor. I kinda fell asleep during the movie.

Been a long while since I've seen this movie, and it's still as awesome as ever.[/quote]

It's one of my top 5 of all-time.:D
