28 Days Later is amazing, although all the alternate endings blow. I have been wanting to watch this for a while but keep forgetting about it. I recently found out that I have a friend who is deathly scared during horror movies so I'm going to make her watch it :D

Saw X-Men: The Last Stand last night. Pretty good action mixed with the above average acting for the most part. Some of the dialog was still cheesy, though.

The first time I read that I thought it was the shortest window from theatrical opening to DVD release I'd ever seen.
How was Night Watch? The previews made it look awesome, but I've heard it's more style over substance.

Also, where is your sig from, it look vaugely familiar.

Just watched Dellamorte Dellamore (I refuse to use the shitty US title). Super surreal zombie horror/comedy that finally got a DVD release in America.
What? There's a US DVD? Why wasn't I notified? I pay taxes, dammit!

I've been waiting the better part of a decade for that movie to have an easily accessible DVD release. Saw it twice in theater with a now deceased friend, making ownership of the DVD a moral imperative.
Saw Shaun of the Dead and New Police Force this weekend. Both were awesome. Since it was rather clean until the bar scene, I totally didn't expect
Daff's gory death.

What threw me about that movie was Dylan Moran playing a character who remains sober throughout. If you know him from 'Black's Books' and his standup work, it really was a stretch as an actor for him!

Fight Club. Finally saw it last Sunday. My thoughts? Overrated. Didn't like it, didn't hate it. It was just a 2 hour long brainfuck. 6/10

Before that it was X3: Last Stand (A very dissapointing movie, very unsatisfying, it just felt like a betrayal of the brilliance of the first two. And the ending? Why? 4/10), Spaceballs (Just as good the 6th time as the first. 9/10), and MI:3 (Finally a MI with a good balance of plot and action. Just plain brilliant. Made me forget that I loathe Tom Cruise. 10/10).

Probably going to go see Pirates of the Carribean this Saturday. Hope that's good.

Green Street Hooligans - I thought this movie was very good. Frodo actually surprised me in this movie since I really didn't expect much from him.

Fight Club is up there for the single greatest movie of all time.

Good Night, and Good Luck.

I think it's excellent however having knowledge on either Edward R. Murrow and/or McCarthy helps out a lot. I spent two weeks discussing Murrow in my journalism class my last semester in college.

If you don't know much about either character and the events that took place you in all likelihood will not enjoy the movie as much.

Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift

I went with the intention of seeing Pirates, but there was a line so I saw Fast and The Furious instead.

American Pie - 7/10
American Pie 2 - 7/10
American Wedding - 8.5/10 (so sue me, I loved the third one)

Planning on watching Band Camp soon as well, although I don't expect too much out of it

Band Camp was suprisingly not all bad. The ending is way sappy, but it maintains the same crude humor, just not as well. On your scale of the first three, it's just below a 6 I'd say. It's worth a watch to complete the series.

Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang [Amazingly hilarious movie, tons of great quotes, action, comedy, romance. Watch it. Easily a top 5 of mine]

Today was a movie day for me.

Mad Dog and Glory - Painfully long and awkard sex scenes.... so weird. Bill Murrays character=awesome. Robert Deniro is the most uncomfortable looking person when he kisses a girl. Maybe it's just how he was in this "character", but holy crap. below average movie.
Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid - meh.
Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang - Greeeeat movie.
Ghost - Never saw this untill today, entertaining movie.
Ali G Indahouse - alot of funny moments. but overall its just OK.
The Burbs - a classic.

watched a couple today

The Matador- overall a good movie, started off great but slowed down a little at the end

Terminator 2- What can I say, a classic.
