The Best Accompaniment to Scrambled Eggs?
Uh... hot sauce over bacon/sausage? $$$$a can't be serious.
Yeah, it awesome that way. You just wouldn't understand it, you northie.

Why would I add hot sauce to my food, if I'm already enjoying a nice tall glass of it?

And a big WTF to hotdogs.
As long as you dont care about your arteries, I suggest you try it. Just microwave a hot dog for a minute, cut it into about 20 "coins" and throw that into some eggs as your scrambling them. $

Don't question it until you've tried it. Scrambled eggs and hot dog pieces are yummy.

Although my ideal combination would be scrambled eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper), bacon (or hot dogs), ketchup, and tabasco all wrapped in a flour tortilla. Yum yum! (I guess that's almost "all of the above".)
I like my eggs with Bacon, cheese, potatoes and Salsa.
This is the perfect combo, but in a burrito, especially after a night of drinking.

Spice that bitch up and add some cheese! Bacon is gravy too but makes the meal from a poor mans food to a modest mans breakfast.

My favorite is sausage but seeing as how pork and processed meats (all those nitrates/nitrites) give me nasty migraines :headache: I'll go with my second choice: salsa.

I don't think ketchup belongs on any kind of breakfast food...period

I love my eggs scrambled w/ sharp cheddar cheese and some other meat (usually prok or beef). I couldn't see eggs any other way..well except for devilled? eggs.

oh yeah that's good stuff. i slice the hotdog at an angle so they're less coin-like

but regular tabasco or ketchup for me. salsa is awesome as well. cheese is good of course.. damn eggs are great i'm hungry

syrup on eggs .. never seen that in action

Only one choice? What a joke. I obviously picked bacon/sausage, but it broke my little heart to leave out cheese.

I like making breakfast skillets. I cube a bunch of potatoes and fry them up. And I make scrambled eggs and mix in either sausage or cubed bacon, green bell peppers, onions, and cheese. Then you plate the potatoes, top it with the scrambled eggs and put a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle with green onion and a bit more cheese. That's a breakfast that'll keep you full all day long.

salsa, sauteed garlic, squash, and zucchini, with black pepper and cheddar to hold it all together.

And now I know what's for breakfast in the morning.

My favorite breakfast is an ham egg and cheese sandwich on either a bagel or a crossont (spelling) (that is unless you got amazing pancakes). Heck even just a ham egg and cheese omelet is good if the cheese is right and the ham is good.

If the ingredients are all right there and I have to choose one? Sausage.

But since I don't usually have sausage on hand, I use cheese.

Eggs and hot dog SLICES are pretty good. slice either way (I prefer mine short-wise) and cook till it has a somewhat crispy outside. Put some tabasco sauces or ketchup and you're set to go.
