I understand... my dad is bi-polar and used to get severe mood swings like that, almost being suicidal at some points. Finally though he went to psychiatrist and was diagnosed and is now on some medication. Fortunately he is much happier now, but every now and then it flares up.

I'm actually diagnosed with it. They happen at the worst times. For example, when we going on about my ex, I wanted to put my fist thru a wall. Now, well, I'm not as pissed, then again trying to switch my mind from that thought.

Though, House just finished recording, so that would be a good distraction...

The only difference is you've probably seen the end of all those movies. If you can't sit through a movie no matter how you cut it it wasn't good.

He's getting Lego Batman from his grandparents. (He asked for that and Soul Calibur 4 -he found the demo I DLed. His reasoning, "It has Darth Vader in it!" does not work on me.)

I thought about getting him the Justice League Heroes game for the DS (I saw it on sale and thought it'd be a good stocking stuffer. I'm getting him some action figures, but I want to get him the newest DC BAF set, because he'd recognize most of the people and think Cyborg and Captain Atom are cool. I'm also thinking about getting him a havoc heli thing.

Of course, he's getting clothes, etc. His mother and grandparents are dealing with the more educational stuff. I'm really only good for the "fun toy" gifts. Plus, there's the guilt there too of being gone for 12 hrs a day for work.

Oh, 15 minutes is fine. I thought you meant for more than an hour or so.

I think 15-20 minutes is the max break you can take though... it really breaks the immersion.

Well i haven't as many chances either. godfather gets shown quite often on TV and i own the LOTR movies. I actually like movies that take place in the time period/era.

Which reminds me, i should re-watch A Bronx Tale sometime.

Do you have that set already? If not, good luck finding them at retail.

That figure line is a PITA to find. Mattel shipping cases of incomplete sets(meaning you can't build Solomon Grundy or Metallo or whoever) doesn't help matter either.

If you can't find them, I *might* be able to help out though.
