I think of Gleaming the Cube everytime I see you post, Strell.

I'm actually dissapointed you didn't read my message when you were down here, pal. I was looking forward to playing Nintendo 64 and smoking the tree trunk I rolled up for the occassion. :[

What little time I had down there was completely full to the brim of activity, and given that I had to drive back on the 24th, being up late wouldn't have been a good idea. I mean we got up at 5:30 AM for a few days this last week, so it wouldn't have been easy to pull off.

Don't know when the next time we'll go down there. Eh.

But if you ever end up around here, and your not feeling crazy or just a little unwell, things be poppin'.

I don't know what Greeming the Tube is. Wikipedia says a skate movie.

Oh ok. I get it now.

An 80's(I think late 80's) skating movie w/ Christian Slater where his adopted brother gets killed after he discovers the place he works at is sending weapons to Vietnam instead of medicine. Tony Hawk makes an appearance as a Pizza Hut delivery guy that helps blow up the whole operation...
Nice, got a headache. Hope it's not related to that bitch rear-ending me last night.
Wow, that's a statement that needs a little more clarification, I think. :whistle2:s

Especially in this neck of the woods.

It might be -- did you stiffen up at all afterwards?

Hope you're ok, sounds like a merry christmas indeed. :\

How's the car, totalled or just going to have to have some work done?

Kuffs?

I hate when I do this! During lunch I was planning to go to Best Buy for some HD-DVD b2g1 lovin' w/ some gift cards, then head over to GS/EB for some b2g1 lovin' w/ some more giftcards but I forgot the fucking cards. :bomb:

My neck was a lil' sore, but nothing major. She actually didn't damage my car, which was strange since I drive a fucking '93 Honda Civic hatchback that you would think would fold like a tin can. Instead, there were only a few tiny marks so I told her to just leave since I was tired and she was acting all weird anyway.

The worst thing about whiplash is that it usually isn't instant -- when chika and i were in the accident in November 06, it took more than an hour to start tightening up... i had whiplash/strained neck while she ended up with herniated discs (she was tense when the impact hit).

As for your car, it's probably because early 90s bumpers are made like tanks and can take one fuck of an impact.
Also @Number83 Why where you in the emergency room in the first place?
My 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter were playing (He was saving her from Zombie's off all things) and he yanked her arm so hard that we thought he may have dislocated her elbow. I didn't think so because she didn't scream at all, but it was totally limp for a few hours. She could't pick it up or anything. She could move it if she really tried, but it hurt. Scary. So we took her there just in case.

Took her to her regular Doctor this morning and she has whats called 'Nurse Maids Elbow'.

My gf, who I was talking to on the phone when the crazy bitch hit me, told me the same thing about whiplash. The only thing bothering me is my back, which tends to hurt at random times anyway.

Good to know about the bumpers. I was beyond shocked when all I saw was a tiny scratch, which doesn't bother me at all.

Oh yeah, this is how it happened: I was sitting at a red light and I heard screeching tires and BAM, lady hit me.

Felt..nice?
Shaddup.
Just making sure your boss wasn't interfacing with you in ways she shouldn't be, unless you were on the way out the door. ;)

Don't be too surprised, Hondas hold up well in numerous ways. I don't think she hit you hard enough to do any real damage, which is another reason for the light scratches.

Probably the same lady who hit frosty and chika, making her way through the Northeast, causing chaos wherever she goes.

I was riding with a friend when we were rear-ended by some jackass years ago, in 2000 I believe. fucker was obviously drunk, and he came stumbling out of his truck. He chewed a pack of gum before the cops showed up, trying to cover up his alcohol breath, which is a foolish endeavor anyway. The front of his truck was smashed to hell, but my friend's '94 Monte Carlo had a slightly bent trunk and some paint missing off of the bumper. Barely any damage at all, compared to the drunk jackass's truck. I felt fine, but the next day I could barely turn my head due to whiplash.

In November of 06 I was riding in my mom's minivan and we got rear ended by this dumb teenage girl talking on her cell phone and I was ok that night but the next day I was as sore as hell.

@Senorwoohoo Go get yourself checked out and go to the chiropractor, they really help.

I wish Amazon would get the RB bundle in stock already. I am ready to play some drums.

Also I hope I can find some shit out at EB later. Going to try two different ones and I hope I can get Super Mario Galaxy and GHIII along with something else.

I'm lookin' to grab the best quality, as well as best movies on HD-DVD for that Best Buy sale.

Anyone have any suggestions?

It's steered me away from a few crappy movies that I could live with on upscaled DVD instead of HD or BR.

I picked up Hot Fuzz and Children of Men from this sale. Doubt I'll pick up an others from this current B1G1.

I don't like this fucker with his steamy room and thugs. Taking my weapons. I hate you Peach whatever your name is and i have a wrench with your name on it.

Morning/afternoon, OTT. I feel dehydrated. Stayed at my father's until 3:30 AM playing Halo, of all things. Co-op with him was hella fun, after I got the hang of things and stopped swearing.
Indeed! I sigged it last night. Quite proud o' that one.
Nice job on that, Banky. Well deserved. :applause:

it's not afternoon anywhere in the USA yet... :whistle2:s

also xbox 360 customer service... i wish i had 2 more hands... so i could give them fuckers 4 thumbs down. broken english, can't understand what i'm talking about, can't bring my shit up in the system even though it's already been retrieved by my phone number having been entered... then is unhelpful in having suggestions to fix the problem and uncooperative/uninformative about how i should proceed. the chick i got last saturday night also had bad english/broken english, but she was at least helpful and ready to hook me up with a replacement if necessary.

Anything related to Microsoft has terrible customer service.

Every time I've called to either renew a code, try to get my PC to stream to my 360, I get some $$$$$$ who doesn't even speak English, and never lets you finish talking.

yeah, they both did that cut you off thing.

i mean fuck... is the right analog stick drifting to the left hard to understand? do you know what an analog stick is, fucker? offer me some troubleshooting or send me a replacement, easy as pie... kthxbai.

now i'm on hold with fry's and i'm going to have to (potentially) dig all the packaging out of the garbage and god only knows what else... thankfully i have the receipt from chika's order here, so i can at least try to get the problem solved.

I shipped my controller off to MS in the lovely McAllen, TX address and received back a newly packaged controller a couple days after they sent it. Priority mail both sides, and I paid for it to send it back to them.
Did your gf freak out, wahoo?
Not really, just really concerned when she had a crunch and a "what the fuck?! fucking crazy bitch!"

 Nah, she didn't. She actually just told me about my evaluation.

Yeah, she seemed really out of it. Not drunk, just a lil' nuts.

You wanna pay for it, bulgy? Just playin', I appreciate the advice, but I'm fine.

mother fucker.

frye's online can't just do a fucking exchange -- they'd want me to return the controller, credit chika's CC, then someone has to buy a new one. god dammit.

time to call MS back, i guess, hopefully i get a different CS rep.
Does it only do it during Bioshock?

Try not fucking with your thumbsticks when the system starts. ^__^
Well, I haven't busted open F.E.A.R. or COD4 which also use the right analog stick heavily yet... but i'm assuming yes.

I can use the other controller with Bioshock without this happening. I've tried turning the controller off and back on and it makes no difference... then again this fucking controller had a gash in the left side of the packaging, though the batteries and everything else were pristine. so i didn't think it was a problem. then came the problem with syncing -- while talking to the CS rep that night, she indicated they'd send a replacement or whatever if the troubleshooting didn't work. this jackass i just talked to was a dooooooshbag though.
Sounds like getting a 360 is all wins.
When it works, yes, it is.

I'd be fine with that, if I could return it for money -- but I don't think I could... I think BB or whomever would make me take an exchange, since the plastic is cut open.

My friend liked the card I drew for him.
