Santa's running a little late Frosty.

There were a lot of Christmas noobs on CoD4 last night as I was mowing them down with ease.
I'd be fine with that, if I could return it for money -- but I don't think I could... I think BB or whomever would make me take an exchange, since the plastic is cut open.
No, I was talking about buying a new one, and taking back your current one as a defective controller with that receipt. Not as a receiptless return to BB.
My friend liked the card I drew for him.

New movie by Guillermo del Toro (director of Pan's Labyrinth). Might have to check it out, even though it looks like a typical scary movie.
The site is blocked so I cant see what the story is on that but Guillermo del Toro already had a horror movie set in an orphanage .. El Espinazo del Diablo (The Devil's Backbone). It wasnt particularly scary but it was a good movie.

I'll probably ship that box today, since I now have to run to the PO to ship out the defective controller. That MS CS rep was much better.

My buddy told me at Thanksgiving he got me CoD4 for Christmas but he refuses to just send it to me so I have to drive about 65 miles to his house to go get it.
House phone yall!
VoIP yall!
I had that. It was "breaking up" according to the last rep, so I went with my cell for the second call. Battery almost died out on me during too. :\
Liquid- What were your thoughts on the end of Atlas Shrugged?
I liked it, actually. I enjoyed how Rand left it open and
how the industrialists were returning from Atlantis to rebuild the world. I really could have done without the whole "rescuing Galt" part of the book though, especially where Dagny shot the guard in the heart, as it really seemed out of character, but that's a pretty minor thing.

The 70 page speech was pretty insane though, and almost excessive, although it was the meat of the philosophy of the book.

Oh, I know what you meant buddy -- but I was thinking, if i bought said controller from BB or where-ever and then brought back this controller with the opened packaging and whatever saying "it's busted", store would say "oh, that sucks, here, have another." instead of "oh, that's cool, we'll just let you return it." cause that'd be a little odd. "I got this and it doesn't work, so I want to get a refund." doesn't sound right for a controller. :\

Shit, I forgot to d/l that album.

If you read back a few pages, I have a decent reason.

Especially when it took less than a week to get done, from my dropping it into the mail.

Go do it. Good ish.
I will d/l and, hopefully, listen to it tonight!
That wasn't a good-ish, by the way, but more of a good shit, in case that was unclear. =p

Off you my other relatives' house.
:whistle2:s

What, you didn't buy the recently deceased Miata on your own? :whistle2:s
My parents paid for that one cash back in high school. I think it was only $3200 then.

So... do I have to go to my bank first, and see how much they can give me?
Or... what?
You point at it and say ''I want that one!'', dallow.
Didn't work y'all!

I think I'm about to close a deal on my HD-DVD player for $95. $45 out of pocket for my HD-DVD player is not bad at all.. plus I still gotta send out for my free moobies!

The easist way is to gain pre-approval from your bank of choice, to know how much you're approved to spend... you can finance through the dealer, but i'd only do that if the incentive is high enough and then I'd still turn around and end up re-financing with my bank of choice (chika did this with her mazda 6 to get an extra 2k off... paid 3 payments, then refinanced with the credit union instead of mazda credit).

Or... what?
That would be one thing to do by talking to the bank/credit union/whatever, to see what you have available as an option.

The last time I bought a car, a long while back, I ended up finding what I needed for the car, and then went to my credit union for the loan for the car.

Oh ok.

So I should talk to my bank first, see if I can get the maximum I'm willing to spend, and then go shopping for a car that fits.

Woohoo, I was just advised financially by two folks here.
Anyone know anything about being a financial advisor?
They charge you lots of money to train to be a financial consultant and then don't hire you. Or so I've heard.
Nah, was thinking about it.
Either just a used S2000 or convertible Audi TT.

I think.
Go with the honda. Don't degrade yourself by driving an Audi. :)
