The Xbox has no good games just Halo. The systems break all the time the game libuary sucks and it has no kool franchises.

gamecube has so many better games lcoming out like Zleda 4 swords, Wind Waker 2, Metroid 2, Mario Party 6, Mario Tennis, ADvance Wars on Cube, Pikmin 2, Resident Evil 4, Viewtiful Joe 2 and more.

So in conclusion the Gamecube is much better than the Xbox.

All three systems have their pros and cons. Everyone also has their own opinion depeding on what their interests, i.e. what type of games they enjoy, what franchises they like, what controller is the most comfortable, etc. I would find it hard to name three good racers for the cube, although I can name around ten for the box. *Note, I own both systems, and I am glad that I own both, for different reasons.*

Thank god for this guy, I just packed up my xbox and I am heading to gamestop. So I will buy 2 more gamecubes for the price of my box. Any suggestion on what childerns games I should get for it.

When I call someone a dumbass, it's for good reason. Here's my take on this topic:

Technologically, the Xbox is superior, followed by Gamecube and PS2. That alone doesn't dictate which system is the best. Everyone can have their own favorite system. That does not determine which system is best, for the opinion is merely that of a single person.

I've got 31 games on PS2, 21 on Xbox and 18 on Gamecube. The Xbox games that I have are good, IMO, but they aren't great. The PS2 games I have are fan-fucking-tastic, IMO. The Gamecube games I have are great, IMO.

These opinions do not dictate which system is the best, nor does it dictate which system I prefer, it simply says that I enjoy the games that I own. That doesn't say you will enjoy them. You might hate them. It's all just an opinion.

Weak-ass argument, is all you can come up with, that's like me saying that you suck and I am better it's the same difference but lets get back to the systems. There are games that are good for xbox other than halo, such as knights of the old republic, dead or alive 3, panzer dragoon orta, etc. I own both systems and you have to take in consideration the length of nintendo's game life compared to microsoft's game life. Gamecube does have some games that are good but one of the reasons for that is they've been around forever and have some of the best publishers. So you should think of what the heck you are writing next time.

these posts made sence in the n64 vs psx days but cmon....nowadays all 3 systems are right on par with each other hardware wise and each of them have great games...save money and get all 3 and quit fighting

That $50 price tag is just so people cant sue EB for pricing it lower than the real price...they will be cheaper...and so what...if people want them and will buy them I say go ahead! They will make other great original games...so why not remake old classics?
 
haha...24...thats rich...im actually 16...go ahead scoff at my age...but I stopped listening to the "I hate my life music" about 5 or 6 years ago...I could make the music korn (or corn) makes with my hands tied behind my back...I figured you would have grown out of that kind of music by atleast the age of 12...

i dont undertand why fanboys still even exist...fine i understand you can have your fav system for whatever reason but cmon..stop with the bull...every system has those must own games...i was once a nintendo fanboy as i was brainwatched by them as a child and did not know better..and i fought the hardest when 64 vs ps battles came up...but as soon as i got a dreamcast...all that went away as i fell in lov with a sega system.

One honest thing I will say....is that I like the Z button on the GC controller.....for a secondary weapon that you can reach with your right pointer finger in addition to the R button. For Timesplitters 2, it's great for alt weapon. On Xbox you need to click in the right thumbstick. I may be alone in this but I like the GC controller the best....

I was only GC until recently I got an Xbox....I think if you have a PC, GC is the first MUST HAVE system for the great Nintendo 1st party games. A lot of Xbox games I got for my PC....but as I am older and busier I have less interest in constantly upgrading the PC for the newest games. The XBOX has a lot of great games and plays them very well for $150 (paid 119 AR). I am very happy with it also.
 
agreed..cube does have some great story/1 player games...im all for res evil...x is stil up there for me though because of xbox live etc..and i got most of the agmes i got for it before i got my computer...

also for some strange reason...i started playing my cube a whole lot more after i got my wavebird....

I know it isn't 50 dollars... maybe if you would have read my post :roll:, I said they would re-make every n64 game and then charge 50 dollars again for them. They are making every nes game over again and putting them on the gba and charging 30. They haven't made ANY n64 games for the gba but I wouldn't be surprised if next year you see Zelda Ocarina of Time.
