I never showed off my new glasses I got before I started work.

I get so many compliments at work.

though today a psuedo compliment made me cringe... 3 5th grade boys were sitting on the sidewalk when I walked by and one of them said "HE LIKES YOU!" pointing to the other fifth grade boy. I had to tell them that was horribly inappropriate to say to a teacher.

Come work for my company. We get off of work 2 hours early every Friday during the summer.
 
I've actually never had a couch. There was no room for one in my closet-sized studio in the city.

Oh, and wubb will be very happy to hear I live on the first floor, so my apartment is wheelchair accessible. Except for the shower.

we have a couch in our breezeway that you're welcome to if you can come get it. it's in good condition. belonged to my aunt and uncle. was in their living room for like 20 years getting light use. neutral beige with wooden accents. *very* comfortable.
 
Thanks Chika. We actually have one coming. Her mom is bringing one up (along with her cat) in about 2 weeks.

Right now we've just got an inflated air mattress going in the living room :lol:

I might go see Disaster Movie. But I want to see that new Vin Diesel movie, Babylon AD, first. And just to be clear College looks like a terrible movie and Disaster Movie will most likely be terrible. I'm in no way delusional enough to think either of those movies will be good.

Tropic Thunder is very good. Especially considering it was written and directed by Ben Stiller.

I have a 20gb, Mak, usually just for watching Blu-Rays (have about 20 of 'em).

I was thinking of buying Siren and PixelJunk Garbage: Eden sometime soon though, so maybe I'll be on a bit more often. I just never have it connected online since I hardly ever use it. :p

Then why would you go see disaster movie? You know it's gonna be a disaster, it's in the title.

Let me know how Babylon AD is...I don't really like Vin Diesel but the trailers made the movie seem pretty interesting.

I like Ben Stiller.
 
I was hoping Babylon A.D. would be decent, but apparently it's awful. It looked cool, and it has a great title, and "Babylon" generally indicates goodness.

Starky & Hutch by far is my favorite movie with Ben in it...followed by Dodgeball and countless others.
