The Howard Stern Thread
I was sitting here thinking about whats gone on with the show for awhile now and something thats cracked me up lately is Riley and his "food poisoning" lol..

I loved when he was doing his show half passed out..mumbling...then wakes up a bit and says "How dee doo".
What kind of diet can hee have with those mother fn starvation wages. Put him in Artie's chair - ha ha.

I like the Stern fans that call in to Riley's show and talk trash about how cheap a jew Howard is and gets Riley all worked up about his pay lol.

According to the Jay Thomas show(on friday), both Artie and Teddy went to Amsterdam, and were both on the same flight. Jason called in and said they hadn't heard from Artie yet.

Oh man that Artie blow up was great! Plus I liked how Howard, Robin, Artie, and Benji became caricatures of their personalities after it. Howard says explain what happened I dont understand what happened; Robin says she know that was gonna happen; Artie blames the situation on Howard and Teddy; and Benji gets all dramatic by saying Artie is gonna kill himself.

On a side note, I'm well into the Jason Reitman interview. What a major tool this guy is. He comes across as a real asshole.

A Howardshrine Exclusive. Artie Lange will be suspended....then fired
Chaunce Hayden gets the 411 on Artie Lange's future!

Chaunce Hayden:

"A source from within the Sirius Satellite radio walls recently reached out to me to confirm that Artie Lange will be suspended when the Howard Stern Show returns from vacation. The suspension, according to my source is just to buy time until the higher ups at Sirius can work out Lange's contract payout. Ultimately Artie Lange will be fired and new comedians will begin auditioning for his job when the show returns on Monday. My source has never been wrong. In fact, it was the same source he told me that David Lee Roth was going to replace Howard Stern on KROCK.

My prediction is that Artie will be told he needs to take some anger management courses and/or therapy as a condition for keeping his job. I think everyone knows that Artie is great for the show and they will do whatever is in reason to keep him.

If what went down was real..then I see them giving him the option of getting therapy or rehab etc etc.

I still feel it was the typical show cliffhanger before vacation.

I've seen almost every show/movie that Artie has been in and he's definitely not that good acting. That had to be real. You could even tell when he came back in and was yelling at Howard for making him fight with Teddy that he had adrenaline jitters and was really shaken up.

Cheapy, you may care to know (probably not though) that since I ran out of Stern shows to listen to, I'm going back and listening to old CAGcasts. I'm listening to shows from early 2006 at the moment.

I really cant wait for the show to start Mon morning...

Over the weekend a H100 news clip from Arties gig has Artie saying he'll be there monday.

Howard will probably end up kissing Artie's ass and begging him to stay. I don't blame him though because Artie is hilarious on the show.

Oh man I can't wait to hear what happens on today's show. I won't find out until tomorrow though. Curses to always being one day behind.

And by the way, thanks for all the links Will .. I havent had a chance to check any of them out yet but I will tonight.

The biggest question on the mind of Howard Stern fans for the last week was answered just after 6:00 a.m. this morning when they heard the voice of a contrite Artie Lange.
Stern’s sidekick was back on the show following an on-air blowup Thursday, April 17. Lange took full responsibility for his actions - which included throwing a water bottle at his assistant - and apologized to Stern, Sirius employees, and the fans.
No word of disciplinary actions, but Stern said Lange met with Sirius brass who were not happy about the incident. Stern and Robin Quivers also said there will be no more chances for Lange.

Did anyone see 30 Rock last week? There was a great scene with Liz's (Tina Fey) ex-boyfriend getting to meet mayor "Bloomberger" and getting up to the podium and yelling out "Stern rules!!! Bababooie!!!" It was hilarious and anyone who has been a long-time listener or lives in or around NYC knows just how often that happens. Great stuff.

I dont know how many of you are on SFN..but theres a funny gag they play on people there.

Theres a code they have that when you click on link, it shows a post talking about how someone was busted on dateline for the child predator shit.

The info you see is all of your info..so it looks like youre being accused of being a pedophile.

However, nobody see's your info and whoever clicks on the link, they see their own info etc.

The first time they posted it, I fell for it hook line and sinker. Every once in awhile they do the gag and its funny watching people flip the f' out thinking they really are being accused of this stuff.

The infamous Artie blowup before vacation show will be replayed several times this weekend which sucks because I depend on the weekend replays to catch tuesdays show.

there is some vbulletin code that is allows you to code and anyone who looks at the code would see thier name.. I've seen it done before.. SFN, like usual, is a day late and dollar short.

Theyve been doing it for quite sometime so its nothing new there...they recently did it again and the owner of SFN made a post talking about how many people emailed him and claimed all kinds of shit that the info wasnt true and they would seek legal action if the post wasnt taken down etc etc...
Robin is obviously insane. She's playing a character now?
Pssst....clean up your pm box...

I was hoping Robert Downey would be in this week to promote Iron Man, but I guess that would be wishful thinking.
Adam Corolla
there i had to do it
what about adam? i miss listening to him every morning in LA...thank got for iTunes.

Oh my God. I had tears in my eyes hearing that segment with Ronnie being questioned on his use of sex toys. I specifically lost it when Howard asked if he gets wet back there and Ronnie in his Ronnie way just non-chalantly repeats, "yeah thats right I get wet back there".

"yeah thats right I get wet back there"

People on SFN are playing Bingo with the show....this is one of the game cards posted and when I saw this, I cracked up laughing-

Is anyone else as annoyed by Eric from Hoboken calls as much as me? The guy has nothing to say except to kiss Howard's ass about Howard TV. The only time he's entertaining is when he has some hair brained elaborate scheme for one of his charities. "Hey Howard, I just wanted to say Howard TV is amazing. And I wanted to ask Artie .. hey Art, I got a charity event coming up and I was wondering if we could play dunk the fatso. We'd put you in a dunk tank and people would pay $1,000 a throw."

Today was great. No guests..just them f'n around.

It started off great with Arties impression of that tv show host and him breaking it out through the show today was great.
Thursdays show was great..I downloaded it and listened to it 3 times already.
yea, great show, i listened it in my ipod all day...:applause:

Two HS related tidbits in GTA4 that I've noticed:

At the bowling alley, one of the songs playing is Counting Crows, the theme song for The Wrap Up show.

The guy that does the intro to the Howard 100 news (that says around the world and up your block) does voices for commercials on the radio. I heard him in commercials when I was listening to one of the reggae channels.

Supposedly the rumor is Howard is off for a 4-day weekend to get "married" lol.

I knew they were gonna be on an unannounced vacation today when they made mention of playing the gossip game yesterday. I had my zune packed and ready to go with stuff I hadnt heard in awhile.

On today's Ralph's "best of"...and with all of the Jessican Hahn drama of late, I laughed my ass off when they did the replay of Sam comming in and they mentioned Jessica was calling in to talk to him and he made the smart ass remark of "If she can keep from crying long enough"...

That was the line of the day IMO>

I'm watching the segment where Richard pees. That man has to be retarded.

And I gotta say even though she's annoying, I'd bang the hell out of Robin. She's looking good. She got thinner but those jugs haven't.

That sucks that they're off but its to be expected I suppose. Good thing I have a nice backlog of shows right now. (and the CAGcast of course :))

By the way, how ridiculous is John's claim to have had a beejer from 34 different girls/women? He had to be hittin fatties to get a preposterous number like that in high school and freshman year of college.

Guess when it comes to BJ's, it not always about the quality lol.

There was quite a bit that I laughed at this week but Ill be damned if I can remember any of it.
