You don't need to put on clothes for me ;-)
And this is why the OTT won't die :D
Ah yes, me talking about my nudity will keep the OTT alive.
Or is it me resisting to post my naked fatass on CAG that keeps it alive?
Whichever. I'm glad to oblige.

I'm glad we could come to this understanding

So I think I'm going to start my reading for the next semester, but what should I start with?
I'm thinking of working on:
Absalom, Absalom! by William Faulkner
A Death in the Family by James Agee
The Professor's House by Willa Cather
The Little Friend by Donna Tartt

Out of those, I've only read A Death in the Family. It's not bad, but it's not the most amazing. Personally, I love Faulkner with The Sound and the Fury being my second favorite book of all time.
Dammit what did I say about those women... jesus christ. It's also insulting.
I'm going to agree with you, lulu. Especially that last one. That's just poor taste.

The first 3 are the only ones for my Contemporary (20th Century) American Novel course that I haven't read previously. The Donna Tartt book is for my Women's Literature course. The rest of the books for that one I'm not too worried about reading during the semester. That's why I'm making these four my options for now.

I'm leaning towards Faulkner because he is th emost difficult of the wirter's we're covering and it definitely wouldn't hurt to spend extra time with it. But The Willa Cather book sounds interesting as well. And I've always wanted to read The Little Friend, so I'm having a hard time choosing.
Well I cut my load time in half by adding one to my ignore list.
 I bet I can do it in one guess too
apparently. I think they are close friends.
I'll take that as a warning and not read Faulkner first  I think I'm just going to randomly take Willa Cather and head off to bed.

Anyone see Stealth yet? It looks really stupid. Just wondering if there is a good movie hidden under what appears to be crap and special effects from the trailers.

Good idea. I'm reading Mercedes Lackey: The Fairy Godmother. I love her writing. But I'm a fantasy novel geek.

HA! I knew it. Time to call Jack Thompson. :D
With evidence like that he can't lose
You will now have to be 40 years old to be able to buy that devil music

I'll probably go for the DVD version and get the UMD another time.

I must have missed your fucking review on it.

I saw it. Better than I expected, but that doesn't mean much.

I am listening to BT Dreaming. Just a bunch of mixes on one of my favorite songs.
I haven't listened to BT in about 2 years ... ah, memories. Mostly memories of hastings closing and buying a bunch of CDs for cheap.
I must have missed your fucking review on it.
You'd think so...but I never wrote one. Something about only remembering half the movie, and seeing it way back when before I began the fucking review service I grace CAG with :D

It couldn't have been worse than Constantine...for some reason I just really really hate that damn movie.
Probably has something to do with the poor acting and crappy execution :D
:sigh: with that picture I'm out. I'm sick and tired of this crap.
You're only encouraging them ;)
You're only encouraging them ;)
maybe I am, maybe I am.
But I've gotten to the point where I'm getting:
A. irritated with the disrespect for women

B. subconscious about my own looks due to certain attitudes encouraged by society and appartenly most of the population of CAG

I want to go back to the old days where we just joked around and didn't have to make themed OTTs.
