Yes, yet another indie bundle, but like the Humble Bundle, you can set your own price and donate to charity as well. The games only register on Steam, but that won't be a problem for most here. You get a key for each individual game, so you can gift whatever you do not personally want if you feel like it.

Happy Hour guidelines:

*Happy Hour happens at random times: sometimes as early as 4 days after the bundle going live, but most often during the second week of sales.

Happy Hour! Double Gifts! During Happy Hour time New buyers for every gift purchase get a 2nd bonus gift for free (2x1)! All gifts are doubled! Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT'! *If you have not purchased the current Indie Gala yet, you can buy two for one during happy hour

And if you are an early buyer the deal is EVEN BIGGER!

Yes! If you already bought the current indiegala bundle, you get 2 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 3 x 1 ) *If you have already purchased the bundle, but you did not purchase it in the first week, you can buy three for one

And if you bought it in the first week you get 3 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 4 x 1 ) *If you already purchased the current bundle and did so in the first week of the current bundle going live, you can buy four for one

Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT' ! if you want to take advantage of Happy Hour. You have to check this also if, after purchasing a bundle for yourself with your own email address, you want another additional bundle for you. If you don't, transactions amount will sum on your original email account and you can upgrade your purchase, obtaining more bonuses if you previously didn't unlock it, or more galapoints.

REMEMBER: (Gift purchases are not upgradable and don't contribute to upgrade your personal account for unlock new content.)
***For Happy Hour, you MUST use the same e-mail you used when buying your first bundle, and you MUST check the gift option below the payment method. You have to buy again during Happy Hour to receive gift copies.

CAG Group Buy Hosting FAQ

Q: I see all of these CAGs hosting group buys for people. What's that all about?
A: It's a way for CAGs to help each other get the best deal. One person will buy the bundle during the first week, then they will buy four gift copies at the highest tier during Happy Hour. This person is referred to as the host. They then try to sell these to participants for a fraction of the price of buying the "beat the average" bundle individually, plus some extra to distribute the cost of the initial bundle purchase in the first week. The host gains money back, and the participants get the full bundle for a fourth of the cost. Everyone wins.

Q: How do I host one?
A: To host a CAG group buy, you must first purchase the Indie Gala full BTA (beat the average) bundle in the first week (this has been changed since the previous bundles). This will allow you to purchase four additional bundles for the price of one during a Happy Hour, as stated in the Happy Hour post above. Now, it does matter how much you initially spend, as you must purchase the full bundle in order to purchase full bundle four-packs during Happy Hour. Then, once Happy Hour starts, you buy a gift copy for the current "beat the average" price, which will be listed on the Indie Gala page. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK "IS IT A GIFT" TO GET FOUR GIFT COPIES.

Q: It's asking me for multiple e-mail addresses. What do I do?
A: Just skip that part. The links to the gifts will be added to your account page (which is another reason why you must always use the same e-mail address when ordering from Indie Gala). Most hosts will send out the gift URLs to their participants in a PM.

Q: Is it hard to do?
A: No, it's very quick and easy. Just keep track of which gift URLs you have sent to which people, and you will be fine.
Hot damn, games that I already own.

I'm starting to wonder how much longer Indie Gala is gonna be around for.
I hope that a long time! I find the Indie Gala bundles to be the ones with the most varied and better quality games of the bunch (with the obvious exception of the Humble Bundle, those are ridiculously good)

I figure that this should be posted over here.
Indie Gala 9

Battlegroup
Call of Cthulhu
Worms
Alien breed 2
Broken Sword 1-3
Worms blast
Worms Pinball
Worms crazy Golf
Alien Breed 3

It's hidden in the indie gala site source code
Woah, Call of Cthulhu, the Bethesda game?

That and Broken Sword = insta buy for me.

Bought in for the inevitable happy hour. PM if you are interested in reserving a slot for the group buy. Please only reserve if you will actually wait to purchase from me and not flake out and buy elsewhere if you get impatient.

Thanks.

Kinda mixed on this one. I have the first Broken Sword and Worms Crazy Golf. Wasn't really a fan of the former so don't know if I really want the rest.

Edit: never mind. Looks like someone figured out the unlocks. Might have a change of heart but don't think I'll be getting this one.
Can someone tell me how Happy Hour works again? I may host one this time around.
There is a description in the OP. Read that, and if you still have any questions ask here and I'll be happy to answer.

BTW, for those who care, it appears that the Broken Sword games each have there own individual keys.

Oh, awesome. I'll give it a read.
What's the minimum you have to pay now for a bundle to be eligible for the 4-packs during Happy Hour?
It's in bold in the OP. The minimum is always $1.
I'm actually kind of impressed with this one. Indie Gala seems to be stepping it up.
Indeed. Better than the last one. Definetly in.
It's in bold in the OP. The minimum is always $1.
There's a captcha if you enter less than $1, but in the past I think $1 was a minimum.

I'm not going to pay less than $1, but I'm just curious if/why they dropped the minimum.

Processing seems to be slower - had to wait about 10 min. Got spooked and checked Paypal, yup, transaction finished in about 10 min.

This bundle completes my Worms collection on Steam. I have every single one now.

Edit: Yes, this is a diary post lol.

I ordered at 4:37 PM and haven't received anything, except for a PayPal confirmation. I'm waiting for the price to go up and to be denied the upper tier or something fun like that.

Edit: Got the e-mail with all the games at 6:11 PM.

I ordered six minutes before you and I, too, have not yet received the keys. I've only gotten the paypal confirmation that indicates the transaction has completed. I didn't even think about what you said but I hope it's not true!

I just went to download my racing games from IG8 and none of the bonus games were there. I bought it in a group buy and the bonus games were up two days ago. Is this happening for anyone else? Edit: I was in cheaplikeafox's group buy.

Also I just downloaded "setupSentinel3.exe" from the same IG and chrome is telling me that the file appears malicious. I trust IG, but I also trust chrome. Anybody else run into this?

I too bought from fox and I'm also not seeing the download links to WRC 2010 & SBK X.

I know that I got the BTA bundle because I see the keys for Sacred Gold & Ghost Master & the other games. Both games (WRC 2010 & SBK X) are repeats from IG5, so I just went back to check the download page for that bundle and both games are still available for download on the IG5 bundle page. Pretty strange.

I say it's probably a screw-up on Indie Gala's part.

Thanks for the reply, Ill email them tomorrow if its not fixed by then. I recently emailed them asking if there was a way to add the gift bundles to my account. They said no and that they aren't working on it.

Now did anyone else get the "setupSentinel3.exe appears malicious." warning when they tried to download Sentinel 3? I'm 99% sure its safe, but it seems odd.

I DLed all my Indie Gala exes and zips on Sunday and was able to DL all the games, including the racing games. I assume it is a IG glitch of some sort because they are now missing from my IG URL too...lol. Sorry guys, hopefully they fix that soon.

While dling sentinel 3, did you get a warning saying the file was malicious. Sorry for asking for the third time, but before I finish dling it I want to make sure I'm not about to harm my computer.

No, I didn't. But all I run is Microsoft Security Essentials so I don't know if it has those kind of prompts.

It's a false positive, just ignore it.

Alright, thanks. Chrome actually gave me the warning. I also have norton which would also check it before it installs anything. I googled the problem and found one guy asking about it but the page has already been deleted. I'll go ahead and finish the dl now.

Oh and I have a crapload of gala points I am never going to use, so if any of the people who buy bundles from me are interested in any of the steam games in the gala store and don't have gala points just PM and we'll work it out.
No, I didn't. But all I run is Microsoft Security Essentials so I don't know if it has those kind of prompts.
It does. Usually only once something is finished downloading, but it does.

Sentinel just sounds like a virus; I'm sure there's something out there with that name.

Whoever's looking at numbers to judge if they're gonna host a Happy Hour pack, count me in for at least one.

Anyone who's got high expectations for the Bethesda Call of Cthulhu should probably dial them back a bit. It is atmospheric, but buggy as hell and weak in the story at times.

If you would like in on a group buy shoot me a PM with how many bundles you want, price should be between 1 and 2 dollars I'm guessing not exactly sure.
Can only be paid with paypal, sorry if that's a problem >

I salute your efforts to do a group-buy stupidproz1, but the bulk of your efforts should be done in this thread. It's ok to announce that you're gonna be doing a group buy in this thread, but after you announced it, you should direct people to the group-buy thread to sign up.

Must be a glitch. The two racing games are also in IG5 and my download links are still listed there.
