The thing is if there wasn't so few rewards available on such an inconsistent basis then each monthly (or so) update wouldn't cause thousands of people to slam the servers because of their fear that if they miss this update they might never get it (or have to take their chances on waiting another month).It's not the amount of rewards available, it's the coding of the site and the capacity of their server. I just think that this is such a small feature that Sony offers to people who work in retail, that they won't really update it. People that get items are very, very, lucky and patient. I hate that it is so tough to get items, but it would cost money for them to update the website and dedicate more server space or room or whatever it is, to allow us to purchase items easier, but we seem to forget they are really doing a great thing for us. I know we take the surveys and we participate in live chats, but really $10 for triple a titles is something that we should be grateful for and I think most of us are, but Sony isn't making money off this site. Now you can argue that they are making money by retail employees having more knowledge and being able to sell their products better and I would stand by that argument, but Sony probably doesn't see it like that. This isn't directed only towards you but a lot of people who have complained. Your complaints are valid, but I doubt Sony will invest any money into this site.It just pisses me off that they won't acknowledge anything via twitter. I like the fact that they have contests and that we get free codes occassionally and that makes up for the crap they pull with these updates.

Especially with the PS4 coming out, we're entering UNCHARTED territory. I'm pretty sure the complaints here won't be among THE LAST OF US, but we must show RESISTANCE and be grateful for what we can get at a nominal price, despite all the server pains.
Has this happened to your before? This is the first time that this has happened to me. I'm hoping we get some clarity on the issue in the coming days even though that's unlikely because the PS4 is launching. I'd be willing to wait on KZ Merc if I had to. It would suck if they cancelled any of the orders though. As soon as it went live, I added it to my cart, and it wouldn't prompt me to the next page. I kept clicking on check out, and it just sat there. Once I was able to fill out my information, "Please Wait" was posted on the checkout page.Looks like I landed on a Whammy this update, got the dreaded "Order Entered" status on my Order History, no confirmation e-mail, points taken out of my account, and the items I tried to order no longer show up in the catalog for me to re-order. Oh well, here's hoping they refund my points in time for next month's update so I can try again.
I remember when I ordered the Jungle Green controller they took more than 6 weeks to ship it. When I contacted them they offered a refund or a Black DS3. That's the only time I've had an issue with ordering. In the end, I lucked out and actually ended up getting both controllers lolI can't remember which game it was, but it got lost in the mail or something and we had to wait a longer time to get that order to go through. Maybe it was the first time that The Last of Us was offered. I'm rambling now, but I'll definitely post if they respond on via their twitter page.
