The Office - Season 6 - Discussion [possible spoilers]
Thumbs up to Stanley for showing us how to be awesome without saying a word. I got a laugh out of the last Pam-Jim interaction since that's exactly how damage control works between me and my GF.
Yes I really liked how that last scene brought things back to reality. My fave was when Pam said "say more good things", a good dynamic there that anyone in a relationship can relate to. Eseically when Jim brought up the Segway Tour, I've been trying to take my girl on one since the summer

I really wish they'd bring back Holly already. Good lord.

Jay, why don't you break up your quotes with ========= when scenes change? It's hard to follow.

Excellent episode tonight. Creed can steal the show in just ten seconds.

I also loved
Micheal's reaction to Pam slapping him.

Mine got interrupted by news reports on Fort Hood.

I mean I understand why and I know I can stream it a bit later, but it's still slightly disappointing.

Parks and Recreation was good though.

Absolutely! This had me laughing so hard I had to rewind the scene and watch it again. Whoever came up with that is a comedic genius. Getting slapped in the face and then limping because of it. That's freaking hilarious!

"Wait...why are you limping?"
"I don't know!"

:)

The greatest episode of all of them. Simple and to the point. Each character playing their role

And Oscar busting out a Bill Cosby voice just killed it
That was a great episode. And again, I think Creed had the best moment. He's probably the best secondary character on the show.
Totally agree, Creed always makes up for the best 10 seconds of my week.

Creed: Sorry I am late boss.

Michael: You are the suspect in a murder investigation.

Creed: I am? I'll be right back. (Creeds run of the room, out of the office and quickly gets into his car to high tail it out of dodge).

That was by far the best thing The Office has done.
Thought it was a weak episode tonight, honestly. Didn't laugh much.
I was waiting for something to happen at the meeting. I liked how Jim dealt with Ryan though.

Can the show pretty pretty pretty please get rid of Jim and Pam. Their story arch is done and there is nothing more for them. I wish the overgrown ugly Hobbit would get killed off on the show.
Thought it was a weak episode tonight, honestly. Didn't laugh much.
Really? I thought it was great. Michael on stage adlibbing his 45-day plan was hilarious, and then I really lost it when he came back out for his curtain call!

I thought this week's show was okay, everything with Michael was funny but the episode didn't really go anywhere.

And I know this is the Office thread, but if you're not watching Parks and Recreations you're doing yourself a major disservice. This show is so goddamn funny every week that I nearly lose it. Chris Pratt's expanded role this season is the best thing on television.

You should really watch it.

Also, I hate you.

As much as I love Rashida Jones I refuse to watch anything with the Blonde Hair lady from SNL. She has got to be one of the least funniest people in Hollywood. Her looks are more funny looking.

"In an ideal world I would have all 10 fingers on my left hand so my right hand could be a permanent fist for punching."

Thought it was a mediocre episode overall, but I loved that line. I don't like malicious Dwight either.

The episode last night had one or two chuckle lines, but I'm not a big fan of the whole Dwight thing and adding Ryan to it. When you look back in 2 years - this is when they jumped the shark my friends....

I thought this was one of the best episodes of the season. Classic cringe-worthy situations. It was so uncomfortable watching Michael interact with those kids.

I also liked the whole Dwight scheme but I wish they didn't cop out at the end and really had Jim in some sort of trouble. His imitations were definitely a high point.

I 100% agree. I could barely watch it since it was so uncomfortable. The buildup for it where they just made Michael feel worse and worse along the way helped with it as well.

Dwight's scheme was awesome, as well as his impressions of the other workers.
My Diabolical Plan By Dwight Schrute - Even more awesome

I agree, last nights episode was a blast especially the imitations. Did I sense some Michael and Holly like vibes in the car at the end of the episode?

You mean between Dwight and Ryan? Seems more like Oscar's territory...

"I've made a lot of empty promises in my life, but hands down, that was the most generous."

"Five minutes ahead of schedule. Right on schedule."

Between Michael and Erin... I mean she did say she'd go on a date with Andy, so being a huge doofus doesn't seem to be a hangup for her

just sayin'

I think you're reading into it wrong. it was more of a "I believe in you" / you have potential type thing, like how he was talking about Kevin during that scene.

No. More like Michael & Pam vibes before the whole baby hormones/mom thing. Think the business school episode and Dunder Mifflin Paper Company.

Is it just me or has there not a single likable character since the wedding? With the way the office acts sometimes I just can't help but think screw it, they should lose all their jobs.

Best Office Christmas episode ever. I will go as low as "arguably" the best, but it was fantastic.

P&R was top notch as well.

Nothing will ever beat S2 or S3's episodes for me, but this year's definitely redeemed last year's shitty one.

Pretty much. I burst out laughing countless times.
The Michael Scott roast episode was also on TV today, which is one of my favourites.
